Remember, the safety and well-being of children should always be the top priority. If you feel that they are at risk, it's essential to take action to address the situation.... I did not have this for my child and removed him immediately from this facility as the director Donna Patterson and the corporation took no action after report to a terrible incident with a teacher I hope never works around children again that what was found to be true by completed investigation to my child!!! Take your children to a facility who cares about them and will not hurt our children.... NOT HERE!!!! And I am heart broken!!!

My daughter has been coming to this daycare since summer of 2022 and I have had ZERO issues and even if I did Amanda and Payton help resolve it immediately! I can tell they take pride in helping and caring for the kids that come to their center. My daughter loves going to this daycare and has developed a special bond with Amanda that I adore! I can’t thank these ladies enough for all that they do on a daily basis. I know it is not easy running a daycare center but they get the job done!

I couldn't have chosen a better daycare for my son. Ms. Payton Copeland and Mrs. Amanda Britt go above and beyond to create a safe, educational environment. There's no screen time, tons of classroom activities, and my son has shown remarkable improvement. The teachers, especially Ms. Paris, contribute significantly to his communication skills. The daily greetings and afternoon updates make it evident that this daycare is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

As a first time mom, I was so nervous putting my baby in daycare. This facility has treated my child with nothing but love and care. He has learned so much since he got enrolled. The director and assistant director are friendly and take such good care of my kiddo. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I could not recommend this daycare enough. My baby is always so excited when he gets dropped off in the morning.

DO NOT ATTENDWhen my son was dropped off, his mother was appalled to see a chaotic facility with no receptionist, overwhelmed teachers, and his name not enrolled in the school (even though his starting day had been confirmed several times). She was let into the “secure” double doors by other parents without identifying herself as a parent. Once inside, She was given no direction on where to go as the lobby was so full of parents and children, so ended up wondering into a full classroom where a teacher asked his name and agreed to watch him. This teacher was not informed he would be joining her and we are still unsure if any classroom was. Although appalled at the state of the facility, my son’s mother had to leave him there to make it to work on time. Neither of us received any assurance he was doing well, or acknowledgement they even knew he was there. Thankfully at lunch she was able to pick him up and bring him to her sister’s house who watched him for the remainder of the day. After this pickup I called the facility several times asking why everything was so chaotic and many of the guidelines they claimed to follow when I toured the location were not being utilized. They excused the issues saying many of the teachers had gotten the coronavirus and were out and they were short staffed. Further, they told me that they do not enroll children after their first competed day so it was not an accident he was not in the system. This is an extremely dangerous practice, as there is no accountability for any child being there or not on their first day. Because he was not in the system we, the parents, were not notified of the coronavirus issue and had not chance to cancel the week. We immediately disenrolled our son from the school even though we were told he “had fun,” as there is no proof he was not crying the whole time and the blatant negligence of childcare standards.

To everyone considering to work here or send your child here... DONT. Not only is the staff rude, ignorant, and selfish...they don't watch children correctly and sit on their phones and shut the lights off while babies are screaming. These people are not qualified to care for your kids and they will not care if something is wrong as long as it makes their job easier.

Extremely hostile work environment. Was repeatedly harassed, threatened, and bullied by the assistant director. Made several official complaints to the director, HR, and corporate. Nothing happened. Ultimately left for my own safety and peace. I do not recommend.

Our son who is now 1 year 3 months old started at Childcare Network at 7.5 months old. We love CN! As a first time mom, it was a scary feeling and a challenge to leave my baby but all his teachers and staff made me feel he was in such great care. They helped this mama adjust to the new + did the same for our baby. We love Ms. Yadira + Ms. Mayra, they are attentive, follow a curriculum and always make me feel at ease when leaving my baby. The front staff is always greeting with a smile and answer all our questions and concerns when needed. Our son looks forward to school each day. There’s no better feeling.

We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our son to attend daycare. Mrs. Peyton and Mrs. Amanda work extremely hard to ensure a safe, educational environment and it shows. There’s zero screen time for the kids in classrooms, we get artwork home regularly, our son has been doing so much better at this daycare. We had him briefly at a daycare across the highway that just was not a good match. Our kiddos teachers say good morning to him everyday, I always get a run down of the day when we pick up in the afternoon. His teachers are helping so much with potty training, we so appreciate the extra support! We’re excited to get Easter photos back this year, we still have the one from last year on the fridge. I whole heartily recommend. Reasonable rates and meals provided.

Everything about this daycare seemed great on the tour. Then once enrolled everything changed. My son was here for two days and contracted covid. Not only that but when I brought him in the mornings no one said good morning or would even acknowledge his presence. I felt so bad leaving him because no one seemed to care he was there. It felt like if I didn't say hey our son is here they wouldnt of even known. The final straw was when one of the workers made my wife feel like she was a bad mom because our son didn't hold his bottle by himself yet. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Do not bring your kids here.

Don’t like the way the tall teacher in the 3 year old class treats the students. Always yelling and be aggressive with other children on few occasions. One specific day was Valentine’s Day. When I dropped off my daughter she immediately started getting picked on by 2 other girls, pushing her and putting their hands in her face. No teacher had come to her aid and this went on for 10 minutes. At the same time the other teacher aggressively grabbed another little girl in a way that left me speechless. Fortunately the director heard my concerns. I am forever grateful of ms. Amanda and ms. Payton. They really keep the place together. Wish more teachers were like them.

Thank you Mrs Payton and Mrs Amanda for always going above and beyond in serving and caring for our daughter. Thank you for offering Parents Day out so my hubby and I can go out and finally had a movie date on a Saturday. We appreciate all you do!

Dropping your baby off to daycare is never fun for a first time mom. It's scary, don't let me lie. Thankfully I found a daycare that really cares about my baby. My girl actually gets excited when she gets to go see Yadira. That's literally the best feeling in the world when you're not able to stay home with your babe. So shout out to the infant team Shaquita, Yadira, and Destinee. Y'all the best. Thanks for giving this momma peace of mind.

I love the staff and Mrs. Payton with how they treat the kids as their own. Their learning curriculum is outstanding, always keeping you inform on updates with the kiddos and the center itself. The energy from the door is so kid friendly and great vibes. My daughter has been attending here for 4 years now and when I say child care network will grow on you so fast… you won’t regret enrolling your child here. 6/2/22
