Made an appointment to add my wife to my account on Thursday 12/23 for the following week 1/2/24. I made the appointment so I didn’t have any issues. I get here at my appointment time 4:15pm and they turn me away because the the person that made the appointment and was going to help me is sick. I understand stuff happens but a courtesy call would have been highly appreciated. Instead of having to drive up here in the cold rainy weather.

They are nice people but they need to get more help l show up different times different days like 4 or 5 times and l can't open an account.....they are 3 persons at the office's but it seems like just one can open an account ...

The lady Raquel Lopez was very nice and professional. She helped me all the way until the end. I took over a company and so it came with a lot of troubles. I went to other chase in McKinney before but still messing. So I met her 3 times on Monday in 3 weeks and she helps me step by step clean up the problems, open online account, apply credit card etc. There were a lot of things need to prove the contracts and call different apartments in Chase and wait for a result. I’m luckily under Raquel Lopez’s help that everything has been solved. And now I have to say thank you to her, and the reason why I choose this Chase is because I think it’s close to TCU, so they should have more experience to help youth like me and it was.

This is a review of Taj Harris, NOT Chase since I’ve only just opened an account.Taj was quick, professional and cordial. He took me without an appointment. He broke down questions I had about a Chase promotion in simple terms without judgement and was honest. Honestly he represented Chase in an excellent light and it was a wonderful first impression of the branch and business. I was sent to him because the branch near Eatzi’s off of university was understaffed and could not take me, but I forgot about that and it didn’t matter because everything was taken care of by Taj. Thanks Taj!

They are literally always locking my account every time I turn around. I went to pay a bill at a store by my house and they locked my account. So now I’m not able to do anything with my account and they have been giving me grief all morning I can’t take much more. If you don’t already have a account with them DON’T open one. They abuse their power over your money that you work hard for. I have no idea how I’m supposed to get to work etc now because they are basically stealing from me even after I verified the transaction they called fraud on. Sorry I’m all over the place but please find a another bank to use. I’m literally feel like I’m having a nightmare and can’t wake up

I made an appointment through my app and I arrived 10min early. I was never acknowledged so I sat and waited patiently. A nice lady that was leaving her shift asked if I have been helped yet. I told her no, but that I had an appointment she was nice enough to tell the gentleman that I was there. He continued making phone calls still after my appointment time and after knowing I had been waiting for him. I had to approach the tellers but they were not able to help with my issue. Disappointed with this branch. BOA greets you as soon as soon as you walk in.

This location does not pay attention to who is in line and when they arrived. Be ready to fight for your turn.

Albert Rios is a terrible business manager. I have been trying to speak with a live person for a week. What happened to customer service? Chase obviously does not want your business. I do not recommend this bank.

Friendly enough but need to not tell people how to wear their masks. Bank hours have been shortened to close at 2 pm on Saturday which is good but closing at 5 pm weekdays really sucks for the working class people.

This place is more of a big ATM machine than a bank. It can be hit and miss. There is one guy i like working with there but i can't always catch him. One time i came in to open a bank account hours before closing time and even though i was the only person there they said they couldn't help me and to go to another branch.
