I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chase Bank in Everman, Texas. I came in to open an account and was met with unhelpful and disrespectful behavior from the staff. Instead of assisting me, they suggested I “go count the change in my car” in the most condescending way possible. It was clear they had no interest in helping me. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! The manager was very rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. It honestly screamed laziness! Do not suggest this branch!

The ATMs at this chase never work!! The employees are great but when they are closed it’s inconvenient when the ones outside never work

The atms NEVER work, ive lived here for 3 yrs now (down the street) and this bank is the ONLY BANK THAT STILL NEVER WORKS. This location should close, theres no point. Its just a chase location for looks. The worse. I always HAVE to go to another location 99.9% of the time i decide to come here.

Do not come to this Brunch for anything. They can't even help one person. I went to open n account there this morning. Waite 20 minutes.no body show up. Suddenly one girl came n said they can't help now cuz there is no banker....that's so nit good.

I was running late and couldn't make it before 5 and Shawn was SO AWESOME to offer to stay late and keep the doors open so I could make a withdrawal. Thank you SO much!! Very very thankful. Excellent service.

Apparently the teller also works on the ATMs here as they were in the back fixing the ATM. I stood there for about 20 minutes as the guy before me had already sat down. The lady was trying to get me to download apps to my phone which I didn't want. Needed money out of my account as I'm still waiting for my card to come in the mail, may be switching banks after this whole ordeal.

well today I had a chance to speak to someone at the chase bank Asked some questions and she put me a brief hold , I hung up after 10 min . thank god I was not corporate calling to test them. I referred my son so we will see what kind of service they provide ,
