Lately they have been really lacking My husband went to do withdrawal from money account and was asked why he needed his own money It's none of your business Today he is at bank now to do a large money transfer and was told to sit and they will get with you Their is nobody else needing help but they keep him waiting He needs to take his hundreds of thousands of dollars to another bank period

After patiently waiting my turn for 15 minutes. Today the customer service manager said 12 words How can I help you? I do not have time for problem! Turned and walked away. I have withdrawn $10k from my accounts as a penalty for such rude behaviors.

Multiple times in the branch they are “unable to help me.” They are rude and very unprofessional. Simple things like cash deposit, notary service and auto loan. Each time they are just unable to help me. Just around the corner they help me just fine. Branch problem not bank problem.

This branch always seems a bit undermanned but today takes the win. I went in to open a new account (give them my money) and was told:1. We only have one person who can do that2. She’s not here3. When she does come back, she’ll be too busy to help youWow…. I haven’t seen a business that disappointing in a long time (based on how things are going these days, that’s saying a lot)

I am not necessarily a fan of this particular bank. However, this location does a really good job. Every time I have to go there to make a deposit they always do a wonderful job and they’re super friendly.

Came on a Saturday to find one person to run the drive through and the walk up counter on the inside. One person to help everybody else. Two people total is not enough on a Saturday. The manager wasn’t even there. I was happy to find a Chase bank close to home but find it to be useless when I had to wait over a half an hour to my turn to conduct my business that was very important business. They had 11 empty offices. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. It will probably go no where as companies no days don’t care like they did years ago. Trust me though the manager and corporate will hear from me.

If I could give this branch ZERO stars, that is EXACTLY what I'd do. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Went in to cash a CHASE check, they refused, saying the check couldn't be verified. They refused to call the individual who wrote the check, refused to do ANYTHING. Basically, a con to try to force you to open an account with them. We should be able to receive a check & go to that bank and cash it. Period. Otherwise, what is the point of having paper checks anymore!? Unbelievable.In the past, when you question Chase about their "policies" they just consistently repeat themselves because their policies are RIDICULOUS. They cannot back up the logic behind them because there is no logic behind their policies.Again, BEWARE... avoid this branch & this bank to save yourself an ongoing headache.

I am a multi-account (personal, business, and credit) customer who attempts to use the services that I pay for with my accounts. Consistently at this bank the personnel are not available for the services or assistance. In the last month, I have been unable to get replacement cards, notary services, or make payments due to problems with their ATMs. There is never an apology but rather the staff making excuses for lunches at 2pm or that I am wrong about the ATMs even though I give them multiple slips showing the problems. This branch lacks very service other than deposit or withdrawal that they are supposed to provide during their limited business hours.

I have been attempting to receive a wire transfer for a paycheck for TWO weeks. I have spoken to MULTIPLE people asking for help as to why the transfer is being rejected. I finally was explained that my account doesn’t support wire transfer. It is totally unacceptable for me to be taken in circles for weeks when this could’ve been fixed after the first attempt being rejected. Very upset with how the customer service line handled this situation.
