Worse tellers ever. I’m a 30 year plus customer of Chase bank. Just happened to work near this branch. I went in to deposit my check. I stand in line for over 5 minutes and is next in line.There are 2 tellers at the time. One teller just finish with her customer; didn’t even acknowledge me and just walks away from her station. Her co worker finishing up with his and called out next. I came up to his window. He asked me to insert my card. By this time, the other teller came back. He look over at her and said something. I thought he is talking to his coworker. He still looking at her and said “pin please “ in a louder voice. I told him that I’m sorry, I thought he was talking to his co worker because he never said hi, asking what can he do to help or even looked at me, his customer. He looks over to his coworker again. His coworker turn around and looked at him.I’m a long time customer and happens to be a private client customer of Chase for years and this is the first time I seen this type of service.

I had questions about a wire transfer. While the 1 teller attempted to wait on 4 customers, the one banker sat texting and sent me to the teller, who was unable to answer my questions.At my other bank, the manager would have answered my questions or helped the teller.Chase’s inconsistent quality of service proves they are too big.

I looked on the website and it said open 24/7 and I get here and they don’t open till 9 am like all locations but my thing is why say your open 24/7 and then when people show up they have to wait outside in the cold rain or heat please help me understandAlso they took away the box or table with the deposit or withdraw slips at the location from the middle of the floor and when I get to the teller to deposit she hands me the deposit slip and I’m wondering why don’t they have this on the floor anymore so that I can fill it out get in line and wait. Instead of getting in line going to the teller getting it filling it out and then have them tell you to go wait back in line at this point I rather use the atm and the funny thing is I was the second one in there one else except me and a elderly woman.

Slowest drive thru banking, been sitting here 45 minutes writing this as im still waiting with only three cars in whole drive thru.
