I have to say that a particular employee named Larry at the Lake Worth location has gone above and beyond his duty to help me resolve a bad issue with the fraud department. This particular gentleman deserves a shout out and recognition on handling my matter so professionally and with concern for me.

Fast and friendly. I was greeted by a friendly young man who got me to the correct person quickly. They are friendly and efficient at this Chase branch. I'm a 20+ year customer and this branch is exemplary of why I still bank with Chase .... and of course, they have the very best bill pay and online services.

I stopped by Chase Bank this morning in Lake Worth to make a cash deposit. The gentleman that assisted me was Ryan at the window and he was incredibly nice and professional! He noticed that my drivers license was going to expire next month and made mention of that! Great reminder because I was not aware. He wished me a happy birthday since he noticed my birthday was next month as well which is thoughtful but a plus because he pays attention to detail! He also wished me a happy new year and all the while with a smile on his face. Very nice gentleman and great employee! Chase needs more like him! Seems small but huge plus for me!

They don’t not follow bank policies and tries to bully people into open accounts and don’t give inform you on their irregular policies that differ from federal regulations

Eric cut me off while I was talking repeatedly, after I told him the situation, he proceeded to qualify it in his own manner (the opposite of what the situation was) and then was so lazy to even take care of the issue that he blamed the food establishment I was referring to as their issue and told me to just put in a complaint with them. Then proceeded to transfer me to a number out of service but lied to me and told me he would be connecting me with someone ready on the line to help me resolve the issue. If this is how chase handles their issues I will be closing my bank account. It took a month and a half of me reaching out repeatedly because Chase would not call me back on the “escalated” situation that I called 3 times about. When I was “finally” referred to a specialist for the matter, it took 25 min to wait in a queue only to be lied to and told they would connect me with somebody from the gift card company and ended up being an automated service where you could only check gift card balance but no customer service available. I shouldn’t have to keep calling my bank to remind them my matter has not been handled and checking to see if it has been escalated 3 times.

Chase is the worst bank. They don't protect your assets and what's worse is when your money is stolen and confirmed to be fraud by the FBI/Secret Service-they don't ever look out for you or return your stolen money. They will repeatedly make "requests" for someone at their executive office to call you but no one calls. No one holds Chase accountable for their negligence. Poor business practices and deceit run rampant among Chase.
