I was in a suit and tie in their location and everyone was super friendly, the gentlemen from the offices in suits all that walked by said hello, but then I came in my work clothes and boots and the reaction was completely different. Two guys in suits walked by and not even looked at me, almost like I wasn't there. Sad but true.

I was help by Monica when i used this bank the team there was as nice and helpful they sqeezed me after a hour drive. The banks now have make you have appointments every where now. So I'm not use to that but this team did work me in and helped me get what I needed. Monica was very out going so cool and you couldn't tell she wasn't from here I'm. GLAD she made this her home too because friendly service with a smile and all accepts of banking on point she fits right in here in my home town. She went beyond what I expected on my visit I would recommend this bank any time to anyone!. What a wonderful bank and people thank you much Monica you make me smile sweet ladyxo and focus on my goals this yea.

I went to this branch to cash a cashiers check I received from Chase and was told that the check could not be found in the system so they couldn't cash it. They advised to go to the bank that I am banking with and have them cash it or deposit it into my account. I went to theChase branch off Bryant Irvin and they immediately cashed it with no issues. Idk if it was because of my race or what but the treatment I received was unfair.

There's too much traffic around this location & it makes it very hard to get in & out of. I wish they would put their ATMs in other businesses like when they had them in Walgreens. Their banks are usually in very busy places & I'm disabled & I don't like trying to navigate in & out of them.

Really amazing customer service! Ms Monica was such a joy to work with; she answered all my questions, was very professional, and a delight to talk with. Most definitely will continue with chase.

My husband and I came to Monica Adams to get a loan to buy our house, she went above and beyond her job to help us out. Monica said she had our back and she surely had it, she called and checked on us many times and was always right there to answer any questions we had. Monica is excellent at her job, she introduced us to Logan Luther. Logan is the loan officer and excellent at his job also, they work well together. I would recommend everyone that needs help at the bank, to open an account or get a loan contact Monica Adams and Logan Luther. You won't be disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this facility. The staff members seemed unhelpful and uncaring, lacking the knowledge and willingness to assist.My perception of the facility's poor performance became clearer after meeting with the manager, Roy. He appeared indifferent and uninterested in providing assistance or actively listening to my concerns. Stubborn, and not willing to help would be the two ways I would describe Roy

I went to this bank not knowing that I needed to make an appointment to open a new checking account. They still took care of me. Namely Tien Nguyen helped me and made me feel welcomed unlike 3 banks that I visited before them to see if I wanted to bank with them. So if you are looking for a bank with good customer service I would suggest you give them a try.

Ive had Chase several years and I really like them, but this particular Branch is the rudest I have ever dealt with. I will not ever return to the inside of this location.

Poor attitudes, & Drop box was not working properly, couldn’t make our deposits today and had to wait in the busy building in lane just for (5) clerks to be walking around and only one is working the window Nestor. And he did not look happy.

Always have issues cashing checks at this bank and today topped the cake... written a check with attached Christmas Bonus from work today and went to cash my check. Was told there is a check cashing limit and cannot continue... Faith the banker said go get a different check or open an account. Excuse me... so unfortunately I drove 45 minutes back to the office and was written 3 checks because Faith wouldn't tell limit and my boss was needing to leave out of town and just wanted to make sure I was paid. So I drive back to the same bank. Same teller Faith and she cashes my 3 checks charging me service fees for all 3... $30 because they couldn't call my boss and approve original check. I told Faith this is ridiculous and I understand being charged $10 but the full $30 is exactly why I refuse Chase bank as a bank. Then she tosses yes tosses my cards back through the slot and my metal credit card bounces out and on the floor denting the edges some. Complete disrespect and poor customer service. I could not even speak to a member of management because I refused the chance because they are helping CHASE CUSTOMERS and I am not one. Wow Faith. I will be contact corporate of this handling.

I would like to adorn this location with praise as I was in an urgent position with needing to switch my checking account number due to fraud. The Bryant Irvin Road location declined to provide assistance. This location sensed the urgency in my voice and rapidly assisted me. I highly recommend this location due to their excellent staff and exemplary customer service.
