There’s no visible drive thru ATM and the lobby doesn’t open until 9am, so if you need cash from this location before then, you are SOL.

Went in today with basically no knowledge on opening my first real bank account . Jessica was the one to help me today and was super nice and helpful! Explained everything to me in a easy to understand manner and had me out in the timeframe I needed.

Not going to bank at a place that puts out multiple multiple signs to keep dogs off their precious grass. Any place this unfriendly to dogs can't be friendly to people either

Back to back calls no one in the chase building is answering the ring phone??? Never hear of no calls to a national wide bank????? This is the worse bank ever I rate bank of amerca a 10 still. I do not recommand chase for us who are in the process of discovering journys. I will save everyone the hassle if to u do not have alot likr 00000 to opean account they push all the way down to no respect no help no gratuide the runn around with your own money?

Of all the Chase Bank locations ive been to in Ft. Worth. I have received the best service at this location. Janet and Harper have always been very friendly and helpful.

Walked in to open an account at 11:15am. Banker stated she has an appointment at 12pm and she is fully booked. You just lost my business. Worst bank ever.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received at chase. Honestly, do not waste your time here. The tellers are completely useless and would refuse to help you with a basic request. I tried getting help over 5 different times, ended up going to a different branch and was helped within less than 15mins.
