Chase Customer Service is terrible. I lost my Debit card and reported it to Chase and asked for a new one. They send me another Credit Card! I called two different branches multiple times over two days. The calls were never answered! I go in to have a notary assist me. The clerk whines how they are short staffed. I have a nice chunk of changes in savings. I am closing my accounts! Go somewhere else!!!!!

Why was Kanye's account closed?Chase cancelled him because of his thoughts and opinions, not because of his personal banking. I advise you to take your personal banking somewhere else, where you are free to have a voice.

I am a very long time, substantial depositor with Chase. They keep hounding me to consolidate all of my banking there, which would make me a much larger depositor.In trying to get my business, they brag about all of their service. Yet, they are no longer offering Safe Deposit Box services, even to existing customers. Not what I would consider to be a full service bank. I called them again today and my "Private Banker" was, at best, indifferent.That, combined with the recent difficulties in opening a new account and in getting in to actually see a banker (same day appointments are almost impossible - hats off to the one person at the main branch who WAS willing to help), make this the least customer oriented of the financial institutions that I patronize.If you are a large depositor, requiring good, traditional banking services, don't go there.

Bank is closed the entire week before New Year’s Eve? Chase continues to disappoint and is going downhill. I’m switching over to Worthington bank. Large corporate banks are ridiculous.

It is not this location just the bank as a whole. We had $9,000 stolen from our checking account during Covid from Maryland. It took days to even get ahold of someone and 2 months to get our money back. We had to close all of our accounts and reopen them. Now they will not reopen my kids accounts because of a compliance issue? They won't say why and don't have to. Horrible customer service when dealing with someone outside of a branch. They are the problem, criminals figured they can steal your cellphone # and take cash out of bank because the teller just sends you a pin to your phone! Your money is not safe here!

Chase Bank will give you a auto loan but if you ever experience a financial hardship they wont be there to support you. It's a shame that we have to go thru a nation's or world crisis before banks give their customers support toward loans and lending needs.
