From the very beginning of our journey, my now very dear friend Micah Tomasella has been there every step of the way. We are beyond fortunate and BLESSED to have Micah as our realtor. From day one he was always thorough and consistent. We were ready to find our forever home, with this dream came 1000 questions and again Micah had every answer. He was there early in the morning to late at night. He showed us house after house with a smile on his face every time not one time did, he make us feel like we were a bother, even though we thought we were. He quickly became familiar with us and knew what we were looking for and always pointed us in the right direction. We will always recommend Micah and this reality company; he made this process of finding our home a memorable experience. He was so amazing I even told my daughter to use him, and she has also found a home with the help of our new friend. We will be forever GRATEFUl. I worked with Jack and Deona of Chandler Crouch Realtors for both a buy and a sell transaction. Very straightforward process on both sides. Expert advice, great communication, and demonstrated understanding of my needs through the process. Although I would not consider myself a "difficult" client, I admit that my requirements tended to quickly change based on external factors. Jack and Deona would always pivot quickly with me and made sure that even last minute parameters were factored into the scenario. It was clear thta Chandler, himself, was invested in my deals and in me as a client. I was impressed that Jack had the clear support of a strong team (not that he would have needed it, he is great). Will work with them again.

I have been very satisfied with every protest over the past 4 years Chandler has done for me. In the past I always did my own protest and was successful in getting a reduction, not as good as Chandler has been able to secure, but he’s the professional! I recently retired and my only real huge bill anymore is my property taxes! Any relief, I am so grateful for. I hope and pray you continue this service! I support all of your efforts to change this system. I was on a focused track to pay off my home mortgage by the time I retired (10 years from now). Searching for a home is never easy. With so many agents from which to chose, I wanted to work with someone proven and recommended from my trusted network. I felt very well received from day one. My agent, Micah, immediately got to work and found me the absolute best deal I could have imagined. At first, I thought I could only afford something used, but because he knew so many communities, he helped me close with a builder for a brand new house! I even got cash back at my closing! Unbelievable. I would definitely recommend him.

Chandler- Crouch has been amazing from the start. We were recommended by our daughter in law. So we called. I spoke to Rachel Atkins, and from the first conversation, I knew we were in great hands. She is amazing. She made every effort to make us feel confident and secure. By know means, was this easy. We live in another state. Rachel went above and beyond to keep us informed day in and day out. Even on Sundays, she was available. We highly recommend chandler Crouch. Every member on their team is wonderful. The Chandler Crouch team was very professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I are moving out of state and we sold our home with Chandler Realtors. For as long as we owned our home, Chandler protested our property taxes for free and did a wonderful job for us. That’s why we had trust in the Chandler team to sell our home. Linda was very proactive during the entire process and kept wonderful communication of all information once she received it. As a buyer I appreciate staying up to date on such a huge purchase. We delighted in working with Realtor, Joan Armijo at Chandler Crouch Realty. We called her from Arizona with our plans to move to Fort Worth, TX and discussed details for the home we were looking for. Joan immediately started emailing homes on the market that met our specifications. One trip to Fort Worth work with Joan, we found our home. This was new construction to be completed in two months. Joan went out of her way to talk with and drive by our construction site to make certain everything was going as expected. She took photos and sent them to us throughout the construction. She was present with us for each meeting concerning Construction of our new home and certainly for our Closing. Joan has continued contact and we look forward to her visit see our home. We think highly of Joan Armijo. She is a professional with integrity who gets results!
