I have been going to Champion Strength & Conditioning for over 3 months and in that time not only have I lost almost 20lbs, but I have a new mindset on my health and fitness. After not focusing on my health for the last 3 years I was really worn down. A close friend referred me to Dee and his team. I’m amazed at how much better I feel in such a short amount of time. I’ve never done weight training or conditioning and was nervous, but the trainers here have worked with such patience to help me learn and succeed. I am still working towards my goal, but for the first time in my life I feel I’m on a true path to success!

If you want a personal, one-on-one training experience, you CANNOT do better than Champion Strength and Conditioning! The program is tailored just for you, both nutritionally and training-wise. Dee and the trainers he hires are motivational, fun, patient, demanding, and caring. I’ve been in the program for 7 months and I’m in better shape than ever and seeing muscles I haven’t seen since high school! Dee cares. He follows up if you have an “off” day. He checks in if you have an injury, and modifies your program so you can work through it safely. Two one-hour sessions per week, science-based and data-driven plans, can schedule on my own depending on my availability. Highly recommend!!

I have been training with Dee for over 1.5 years. I came to Dee as a referral from a friend who suffers from similar back problems. Dee was able to help him, and I can definately say Dee (and his staff) have helped me gain strenght, have less bad instances with my back, and recover quicker when I do have a bad day. They work with me every session to understand how I am feeling to adjust my workout accordingly. His total program is designed around nutrition, fitness, and personal goals/desires of each client. Dee and his team are committed to helping each client be a Champion!

Im sure it’s as great as other say however , it didn’t work for me personally.My expectation- Motivated trainer to motivate me and my workout.Understanding, patientTrainThe reality- No motivation and seemed almost annoyedTalked most my hour got maybe 20 minutes of workoutCanceled on me every single time or moved my time (lack of interest in his trainee)Frustrated trainer who couldn’t understand what I can consume or the amount daily (post surgery)Got booted from the app and that was my last time going back.

I’ve been training with Champion Strength and Conditioning for a little over 3 months now. I’ve seen significant progress in weight loss, confidence and my nutrition habits. Dee and his assistant Jordan are great. As a team they are not only excellent trainers, but they have the knowledge to guide you through managing your nutrition and health needs. They worked with me patiently as I stated my goals and helped me through my plant-based nutrition. Their professionalism and expertise are unmatched. The client truly comes first here. They always motivate me to be my best in the gym so that I can reach both optimal health and my fitness goals. I highly recommend!!

Dee is a true “Champion” who pushes his clients to be the very best version of self.I’ve worked with Dee in the past and I’m happy to return to say I truly love ? what he has developed with the new strength & conditioning program.Dee (& Jordan - Dee’s protege) are positive, patient and firm at the same time. They are factual and ensure you make the most out of each session.I’m definitely seeing the changes to my body and most importantly my mindset. I think differently about what, how and when I eat. Down almost 15 lbs and will be dropping another 10-15 lbs more.Fabulous, Fit, Five - 0 here I come!!!

I’ve been training with Dee and CSC for 3 months during which I have exponentially grown in my understanding of nutrition as it interplays with strength and conditioning. Dee is constantly teaching and reinforcing my growing knowledge base during our workouts. Dee’s program is also tailored for my situation as an attorney with limited time available to devote to working out each week. I have never physically felt more healthy and strong than since I’ve been training with CSC; and we are only at the beginning of the plan he has for me.

I’ve been training with Dee since after having my second child 2.5 years ago. As a working mom, it’s important to me to be healthy and strong for myself and for my family. His workouts are efficient, so my time is well spent. Plus, he focuses on the nutritional side-which is sometimes harder to stay focused on than the workout itself! However, he knows and educates his clients to better understand that in order to truly be successful and meet our goals, those two go hand in hand. Highly recommend him as a personal trainer!

I approached Dee over 3 years ago because I was not not meeting my fitness and health objectives on my own. His expertise,deep knowledge and professionalism are unique attributes that set him apart from other training coaches. He rocks at personalizing the training session based on your needs and goals. Beyond the training, he provides valuable nutritional insight and guidance which is key to great health. I highly recommend Champions Strength & Conditioning if you are serious about improving!

Dee at Champion Strength and Conditioning has developed an efficient and effective training method that allows his clients to succeed in meeting their fitness goals! I trust Dee and I trust his process for two reasons. First, I trust Dee because he uses the same training program as his clients and follows the same nutritional guidelines! Secondly, I trust Dee because I have personally benefited from the program. About 6 months ago I committed to training with Dee twice a week and finally took his nutrition advice! It has been a game changer and week after week I have seen my strength increase and weight/size decrease.
