Not only was the furniture selection great, the service by the sales manager, Jeff was superb. I changed my mind on the initial order and he was so patient to work with me, over a week. I love my patio sofa, swivel chairs, oversized coffee table and ottomans. so comfy

We were delighted with our shopping experience at Chair King Backyard Store on Hulen. Mathew and his manager ( didn’t catch his name) we’re incredibly helpful, very upfront and knowledgeable, and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. We feel like we made a very informed purchase, and the best outdoor furniture for our needs at a very fair price for quality furniture. Our trip today far exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to our new furniture.

I found exactly what I had been wanting at Chair King and the manager took amazing care of us.Actually, went above and beyond… he really understands customer service!I will enjoy telling others how great Chair King treated us and how top-notch the customer service was! The store manager really “knows his stuff”. He helped with lots of questions but also let us browse endlessly. I love this annual sale! I didn’t need a think but walked away with a truck full of JOY!

Manager came out and showed us around the store. Me and my friend had never been to this store. They finally had what I had looking for a product for two months. A 9 foot stand for a market umbrella. Store assistant even measured the hole to make sure it was 4 cm. The manager rang me up, and told me about the sales, and checked to see if the swinging egg chair was in stock. Yes ! It was in stock. I will come here again when my patio needs a refresh.I came back a week later and bought the swinging chair ! It arrives next Wednesday. My patio is now complete:<3

My family and I recently added our first pool and we were newbies when it came to pool furniture. This was the first Chair King we went to and the last. Bill and his manager were so incredibly helpful and did everything they could to help us get the best possible deal. We ended up getting everything there. Great staff. We won't go anywhere else for outdoor furniture now.
