Jeff Degn at the Overton Ridge Store is truly a stellar salesman. His attention to customer service leads to an overall great buying experience.I was not going to shop at this store originally, but I am so glad I did. When you walk into the store Jeff has a big bright smile that is warm and inviting. This gentle, kind man introduces himself, will ask if you need help, stays as close as you'd like in order to answer any questions you might have or allow you to have your space while you browse and admire the quality furnishings Chair King has on display. His enthusiasm for the product is contagious and before you know it you love it enough to make the purchase.There were pieces that I desired for my first real patio experience and thanks to Jeff and the management of this store my patio dream is a reality. I appreciate that Jeff is very attentive, yet understands the customers' needs and also very responsive to calls. He is truly one of a kind! I recommend Jeff at Chair King without reservation!

Great selection and Good prices. We weren't sure what we wanted when we walked in, and their wide range of options let us explore until we found the ideal set for our yard. There was no sales pressure, and they gave us the space to narrow it down. They were very responsive when we had questions. Glad we chose Chair King for our backyard furniture.

My husband and I were in the market for patio furniture. Matthew helped us Saturday and showed us many options. We came back today (Monday) and Jeff (the store manager) helped us because Matthew was off today. Jeff was super friendly and was incredibly helpful. We had so many questions and he was very patient and answered every one. It was a great experience! We can’t wait for our furniture to be delivered Friday! Thank you, Matt, Seth and Jeff!
