I can't really complain like the rest. The convenience fees are pretty high, but that's the cost of 3rd party business. I pay my small town utility bill with this company and never had a real issue. The user interface isn't great and finding my town's agency code requires going through past emails to get it from the receipts.Edit: Just made a payment and they've added a search feature for past payments...nice.

Bank account information was stolen after paying property taxes through this site. They have a serious security problem!

User interface is kludgy, difficult to work with, and easy to make mistakes on. They take SIX DAYS to figure out that a payment was not processed appropriately. I've never had a bank payment take more than a day to get approved or denied from any other organization.EDIT: I don't know why you asked me to send an email to your support team if all they were going to do was send me a boilerplate response. The fact that Certified Payments thinks it's acceptable for the payments to take 3-5 days to get through their system is unfortunate.

I use Certified Payments to process payments in my office and I have never had a problem with them. If I ever do have a question Forrest Collett is always available and very helpful.

Terrible experience; received two emails saying that my payment was denied so I tried once again just to find out two days later that the payments were approved and going through after all. Now have to take care of the reversal and bank fees

This company's "convenience fee" was $72.12. That is ridiculous. This type of price gouging should be illegal. I'm sure that this company kicks back a portion of that back to the same crooked politicians that thought that charging 2.5% to run a credit card was a good deal for the tax payers that they represent. I know of many different merchant services that would charge a fraction of this. This is an obvious example of a company greasing politicians to get a terrible deal for the taxpayer.
