As someone in the service industry myself, I'd never post something negative....until now.BAD AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS!! ...from the worker to the GM who told me she was off today and she's not feeling like dealing with her store issues.......I've been shopping at this store for 14 years until NOW... Too Bad ?????

I'd never post something negative....until now. Went in and was greeted but could tell it was only because that is part of their job. The associate seemed grumpy and acted as though she had better things to do. Not great customer service.

What an amazing experience. The beautiful lady with long curly hair found out that I was purchasing clothes for a family funeral and the extra care she showed me will forever make me a patron of this establishment.
