Car 2203 is out of control. Crossing multiple lanes at a stop light while vehicles still approaching that can’t see them not to mention they have a disabled passenger in the vehicle. Extremely unsafe and breaking the law.

Needed help with transportation for my elderly mom in a wheelchair to her doctor's appointment. No help at all!!! Just a lot of employees collecting a paycheck. Which is good in a way because it's a catholic charity and I'm definitely not a catholic.
