Bought a ring for 20$.got it home noticed how beat up it was no shine..just bad shape.call main number to complain because would refund but buy back for 10$..this is not fair to me as a customer ?..waiting to hear back from main head office ? ? not dealing with them anymore..

The worker's treat the customers like you're a homeless person or drug addict ! There's people that have to pay bills and buy groceries. Everybody not a drug addict. The worker's give you a price and didnteven look at the item..
