All of these negative reviews... I think you may have gotten the wrong store. Professional and courteous. Got a loan on some personal things and got what I asked for it. If you bring junk - they aren't going to make it rain on you... if you bring quality - BOOM! They've got you.

Friendly and helpful staff. Has a great selection of guitars and musical equipment and an awesome Dvd section. When I say they have the best music section of any pawn shop I've been in is not an exaggeration, I've bought and sold my fair share of guitars and basses here. Only negative I have to say is the location. It's in a rough part of town. If you're willing to make the trek it's definitely worth the visit if you're a musician in search of affordable and decent equipment.

Called and asked for a product. I was told they had it. Went up there to get it and the guy told me " I don't know what that is". Yet you told me like 15 minutes ago, on the phone that you had it. He also did not acknowledge me even though he kept looking at me through the mirror he was in front of. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
