I went in to buy a Play Station and the Black Girl behind the counter asked me what was I there to pawn? She was very rude so I didn't want her help. I was there to buy. She didn't appear helpful so I waited for someone else. I heard her tell the other workers, "That White Man" don't want nothing. She was very racist. I went to "Doc Holiday" and bought a nice Play Station.

We came in on New Years eve as we had emergency come up and had to be taken care of on Jan 2nd. I was not used to Pawning thing and did not know what to expect nor how to's of pawn loans. As packed as it was the lines were moving very fast, it didn't seem anyone was upset and not being taken care of Properly.We had Alex help us, she listened to why we were pawning and work very fast while still engaging. She took the stress and anxiety away of the process. She really helped out when she placed my 4 items on separate tickets to help us out when time to retrieve.I am about to get my items out, and hope that she is there again. Just for the pleasantry. I hope that I don't have to get a Pawn loan again, but If I have to I will come back to this Location.Looking around they had a lot of good items in the building and merchandising was very clean. I also saw very good prices, better than some online shops.

They do not honor the prices that they have on items and will change the price whenever they want. I waited in line for an item for 45 minutes and had to go to work before someone could assist, went back the next day and was told the item was $130 MORE than it was the day before after being told they would honor the sale price through the weekend. I asked again if they would honor the sale price and was told "no I don't know why it had that price we paid more for it than that".

They sell bogus products with untrue descriptions, an they don’t give refunds on the trash they sale. Do not go to them or else you will be out of luck for the holidays. They are getting over on people especially woman.

Low ball me on my chain had to pawn . Went across town to another cash America and got 600 more . They treat everyone like they are crackheads . Disrespectful and think everyone is desperate and will take anything . Sorry but I was not broke . I acquired the gold from estate and was trying to turn into liquid . Rule of thumb don’t judge anyone . Clean your nasty store too.

Honestly if I could leave a negative one star I would. That is the worst pawn shop I have ever been to and honestly the owners need to get rid of the entire staff starting with the management. The last time I went in there I had a pair of 14k earrings and she the dark haired chick who is rude AF said honestly that’s about $5 worth of gold so I’m going pass. She didn’t weigh it or test it just ran me off. I went half a mile down the road and the same earrings got me over $100. And that pretty much happens every time I go in that location. I’m treated with rudeness and usually offered $10 no matter what I bring in and I end up taking it somewhere else and I’m paid correctly. Then when I go in there to buy something like this car radio. They had it listed at $120 and by the tag it had been sitting there for 6 months. I looked it up and Best Buy had the same one for 95$. I tell the clerk this and ask if he could just lower it to the same price as Best Buy and said rudely what I need to do is just go buy it there bc it doesn’t matter to him if they sell it. I was like wow. Since it’s so close to the house I stop in and it’s always the same a whole staff that has the sense of grandiosity almost like there doing me favor by letting me come in. I’m done with that location and I’m going to put the word out to stay away from that location until they fire that whole staff.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I’ve been going here years and first time I take my laptop covered in conservative stickers I get the worst attitude from the employee AFTER he took a long look at my laptop. Will never go here again if you are a conservative or Republican don’t let them know or you will get an attitude. Taking my business else where.

The head manager here the lady with the dark hair is the worst. Her customer service is the worst. If you want to do business here don't because she tries to low ball you an talk to you like you are incompetent. When she is the one who is young an incompetent and wouldn't no a great customer if it hit here in the face.

Whole store is full of you know what. They not only gave me the run around but was trying to to extremely low ball me on a 2022 MacBook Pro; the head manager included. Would totally recommend other pawn shops in the area to do business with besides cash america pawn
