I go to this pawn shop when I need to sell an item, I go here when I want to buy an item for a good deal and I go here when I need to borrow a bit of cash and get my own item back later! Either way, they always take care of me. If you get a chance, ask for Amber, she'll treat you right!

Sometimes, it's best to just be kind to people. You never know what a person is going through. From the moment I walked in, Rickey was rude. I asked if they were closing because it was empty, not knowing the store had been damaged. He was straight at me, NO! Well, I certainly didn't know that. I was just attempting to start a conversation as we were about to do business. Rickey was condescending and not kind. The assistant manager, of course, said I was in my feelings. What? He just treated me as if I was ignorant and just basicly laughing in my face. I knew in that moment he was going to lowball me just out of spite, because I asked why hes being so rude to me. He's the kind of guy you dont want your daughter to date. Yuck. Just rude.They work in the service industry and are making money. Treat your customers with respect. I was just asking for a loan, man. I won't ever do business here again. I promise this, as I did the assistant manager she will see. People who work in customer service don't last that long treating people that way. Go out to Azle they're great people.

Wish they had 0 star rating. I've never had a worse experience at a pawn shop. Place was disgusting, people were rude, workers were lazy and unknowledgable on every item that I had. Will pay you literally nothing for your items ( they wanted to pay 8% of the true gold market value, and 2% of any true value other jewlery). Absolute scammers buying from the local cra*kheads and selling to consumers. Would never recommend this place to buy or sell.
