Horrible customer service !!!!! Being that there located on Lancaster street they treat people (blacks) like trash ... the Mexican girl in there is rude she looked at my item and said no we don't take this with an attitude ! Went to the next cash America and my item was pawned for $100 !!! Don't due business here

Went in to get a $200.00 loan on a 52.3gr bracelet and it did not want Monica to scratch my bracelet or carve into it and she jad a bad attitude about that she did not try to do anything else to help me out NEVER AGIAN will I go here very bad customer service....

The prices are ridiculously high, in fact they are over the top. I wanted to buy some video games. I checked the price on the Internet and the girl wanted to sell them to me for double what they cost new. I did the same and the price was very low at the game stop. I better go to Buying it new is cheaper, before buying with them, check the price of what you are interested in buying and maybe it will be cheaper new than with them, most of their things are useless.

This is a typical average size pawn shop. Nothing amazing and nothing disappointing. Clean, air conditioned, well-staffed, but just a pawn shop. Plenty of parking no bicycle hitching post.
