The way y'all people store things y'all shouldn't be a pawn shop. I had got my laptop out from this place and the lady who unpack my laptop literally had no wrap or anything just the laptop in a cardboard box then when I came home the laptop just stopped working.

I sold some things for some extra cash and got just that. Of course I wish I would've gotten more money but they have to resell these things at a low price too. Got me in and out at a reasonable time and I have no complaints

Bought a ninebot go kart here. Works just fine, though they didn’t have the charger or plate for it. They ultimately found it after I left, and I came back to get it. Nice people here too

Bought an as-is monitor and was shattered, bought an OLED switch, worker said "oh yes it comes with everything!" Bought it and then they said they can't find the dock or charger. They did refund some of it, but this Cash America sucks

It's been a while since I've been to this location. It used to be my go-to spot, so I figure I'd make a trip to sell and buy some things, seeing as i used to have great customer service and business transactions. I should've read the reviews before going.... I bought in a brand new item still in the package, initially I was asked the normal questions of how much do you want etc. ( At this point, they usually tell you if they can or can't), then another asdociate proceeded to ask if i have the receipt... people bring used items without being asked for receipts. I asked them why she said to make sure it wasn't stolen... again, why don't you ask everyone for a receipt? But any way I abliged and found it only for them to offer me a RIDICULOUSLY LOW PRICE. never showed me the screen or even typed it into the screen to give an accurate offer. I came back to see if anyone else was given this same treatment, and not to my surprise, they weren't.

Awful service I hope that the manager does better me and my family went in waited a long time and finally got help but no info on the stuff we bought took it home it was all broken (ps4 and tv) then would not take it back the next day I can’t believe how rude and hateful when I get my money back I will never come back

I would give this place a negative rating if possible, all buyers beware as everyone always states be careful of pawnshops. Be exceptionally careful with this place they deal and stolen goods. I recently purchased an item that I was not able to use because it was stolen when I went back and asked for my money back they refused to give me the warranty money as well due to the fact that they said, that's what it's there for. No that's not what that's for if you sell me an item that cannot be used to begin with then it should be taken back. That's normal courtesy that's how business is and should be done. Again, all buyers beware don't waste your time with this place or the people there.

Don’t buy guns from them. They have no idea if the guns are bad. They have no policy in place if they sell you a bad gun. U can return it but they will not give you your money back. So basically they can sell you a firearm that doesn’t work and you just gonna have to take a loss. They do not check the guns..
