I called to ask about a cash car and the guy told me they didn’t have one in the price range I asked about, waited 15 minutes and called me back to ridicule me about searching for a car in my price range, guess what! We went to another dealership and found an amazing car in our budget and even settled into a more expensive vehicle because of the amazing customer service we received. Don’t waste your time with these jerks, extremely unprofessional. Go to New Beginnings instead, they’ll treat you good there.

For this being the first time we take our 2015 BMW X3 somewhere else besides the dealership, I gotta say, I don't see myself going back to the dealership anymore. Sam was AMAZING! I couldn't believe what he charged for the quality and turnaround of the work that our vehicle needed. Needless to say, he saved my wife over 2k. I found that he prides himself in being fair, transparent, and not out to take people for everything they got. If you have a German vehicle, I highly recommend you bring it here. I will be bringing my Infiniti next time. Thanks again, Sam! You and your helper were great!
