I have used this company for a number of years. Recently, the quality of their work declined. On more than one occasion I had to return shirts that came back to me dirty. Today, the final straw was laid on my back. 8 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, and a bill of $92. The audacity to tell me that their prices had increased by 50 cents. No more.

I was looking for a new dry cleaning location to take clothes to but when I called a female answered the phone, as I tried to ask questions this individual was so rude when I asked if I could ask her some questions. Her reply was "WAHT FOR?!" Yeah, they don't my business. Apparently she is too caustic.

New to Fort Worth. It is very strange to see so many cleaners have closed, presumably because of the Pandemic. This place has very nice people and were very friendly. The clothes were taken care of very well.

I brought 2 brand new shirts to be dry cleaned. The shirts were new and had never been worn and still had the tags on them. I explained to the employees that i was worried about the shirts shrinking since they were new and was assured that dry cleaning does not shrink shirts. I asked again so if i dry clean these new shirts then i would not have a problem and was assured again that they would be fine. So as i walked out of the store i asked a 3rd time so we are dry cleaning all of the laundry right and was told again yes. When i picked up my laundry on 2/17 i immediately went home to try on the shirts and sure enough they shrunk significantly. As i inspected the shirts I noticed there was a tag on the shirts that stated "machine wash cold". So, they ended up laundering the shirts not dry cleaning them as i was told. When i took the shirts back up there 30 minutes later i was told that they did dry clean the shirts and that i would have to talk to the owner to call back or come back by when he is here. I explained well since I do not know your owners schedule can you just have him call me so we can discuss options. She was reluctance but took down my information and put it on his desk along with the shirts. I never received a call so i called back on 2/19 and was told that he was gone for the day and it would be best if I came into the store but they could not tell me when he would be in so I asked again to leave another message. I still have not received a call back so I called again on 2/20 and was told that the owner Jaron is on a conference call and could not take my call. I explained my frustration and she said she would give him the message and he would call me back as soon as he is off his call and guess what? I still have not received a call back. No customer service is an understatement. They obviously do not care about their customers or retaining their business. Save your money, time and a ton of headaches and DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS. I cannot believe after multiple attempts at reaching out and trying to be civil that this business doesn't care enough to call back a customer and explain what happened. Would give 0 stars if i could but I guess karma will get them in the end.

Carleton is much superior to any cleaners I’ve used in the last 25 years by virtue of their attention to quality (especially replacing broken buttons)

Cleaners lost items and refused to make things right.

I have mixed feelings about this place. My wife's clothing I took there came back nice and they did a good job there. They can't press a suit coat properly at all. I've taken suits there to be cleaned on two separate occasions. The first time, they pressed the lapels on my 2 button suits like they were 3 button suits. Other than that they came out fine. I was unhappy with my first experience but I figured I'd give them another chance recently. When I brought in my suits this time, I let them know of the previous errors so they would hopefully not repeat mistakes. I picked up my suits again and they almost got it right. Almost. One side of the lapels were done correctly and the other side like a 3 button suit. It wasn't just a fluke either. All 3 coats I brought in were done that way. I will not be bringing any further business to this place.

The business is owned and run by a person called Jaron, who totally lacks of honesty and professional skills. Behind the mask of a fake kindness, there is the most disappointing businessman I have ever met. Should you ever have issues with one of your garments handed at this cleaner, you will have to deal with Jaron, who never picks up your calls, never returns your voicemail messages and tries to claim that the responsibility of the mishap falls on the bad quality of your garments (even if you hand in a top line Armani suit). Same attitude will be shown by his insurance company. You will end up being frustrated for months with no other choice than go to court. You wanna spare yourself this pain. Stay away.

I have used Carleton's for 10 years or so. I have been pleased with their service. They once lost one of my shirts. Unfortunately it was a nice, brand new one. I showed them the receipt and they paid for it. Frankly, in 10 years of handling 10-20 or so garments a week, that's not bad. I find the quality of their work is superior to competitors in the area. They do a good job.

These ladies are great, and have customer service as a paramount concern. I would recommended this establishment to anyone.
