Very disappointed in the very deceptive business practices that is use here. Bought a New Kenwood Stereo and backup camera for my truck. The Stereo and camera were $649.00 plus tax. The stereo had a tag "attached " days FREE INSTALLATION $100.00 value. When I picked up my truck the out they door price was $1343.00. The store even agreed that it was VERY DECEPTIVE and they had told corporate that but they didn't care as long as it got people in the doors. Well I plan to file a complaint with the Trade Commission. As well as the BBB and anyone else that will take the complaint. Car Toys it's a shame i can't leave a lower rating.

Went to Car Toys on Tuesday not expecting to buy anything too crazy, spoke with the assistant install manager, David, and he showed me the new Linkswell Radio and I completely had to have it in my truck. He ordered it on the same day with the help of the install manager, Josh. I told David I had a vacation planned out and he promised to have it done on the same day that the radio would get there. He stayed way later than when the store closes. He knew I wanted it done before I left and wanted to see it completed for me. He really showed how important I was as a customer to him and how I wanted to have my truck done on time. The installation of the radio was more than PERFECT, he routed all the wires perfectly to the point where they are not hanging around loosely and managed to retain my factory ambient lighting and massaging seat which I thought was not possible. He also managed to help me gain two more usb ports alongside my factory ports without losing them like in other locations. I am absolutely satisfied with the amount of work and effort put into my vehicle from the staff at car toys and will DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK.
