“Someone broke into my Caravan last week and busted my driver's side rear windows doing it...obviously not a professional! But, Auto Glass Now is above and beyond professional. Made an appointment (2nd time I used this place by the way) and inside of less that 30 minutes DONE! I Will not go to any other place. The receptionist also is helpful, courteous, and informative. This entire process was expertly done and the glass installer was the absolute best. Thank you all for your help and getting this completed. Love you folks there!!”

However we expressed some concerns when we picked up our car and were told someone would get back with us. No one has called and our concerns still have not been addressed. Will not take it back to that location again for that reason.
There was a small scratch on the passenger front bumper and I thought when making the repairs they would have addressed that as well just as a courtesy, in the In my opinion. Because we had several shops to choose from and I thought our business would be appreciated. Obviously not, I'm sure they have loads of business. Thanks for listening.”
“Let me start out by saying that this was a big purchase for us. My husband has a 2017 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner Crew cab truck that he loves. We bought it barely used and the only flaw was the that seats had stains. I wanted to get hem recovered in leather but needed guidance and was very price conscious. I called Southside Trim and talked to Dez ... multiple times as I had more questions. I debated premade seat covers. I checked prices with 7 other establishments. I read reviews. I asked everyone I knew every question I could think of. Finally I called Dez (who has the patience of Jobe! ) and made the decision. I went in to see her and she guided me through what kind to get, what color, and what color contrasting stitching. She got the leather seat covers in in days and I made the installation appointment for the next morning. They had it done 4 1/2 hours! And let me say, they are stunning!!! This was a complete surprise for my husband who was sooooo thrilled and impressed at how beautiful they are. Thank you Dez and Southside Trim ! You made our Christmas! You give Customer Service a good name , again! I whole heartedly recommend you!!!”

“Quality Dent is now mobile service. It's no longer at Grapevine Hwy. But you still get great customer service. Bryan will come out to your location or shop with all his tools and everything he needs to get the job done. He will work with your insurance claims too. You can just call the number listed and Bryan will answer your questions. I recommend him and he has a special talent of fixing a windshield. I had a rock flipped up from a passing semi truck and pitted my windshield. It repaired it quickly. He's A Okay with me. I recommend him.”
“I had been in contact with the gentleman for the last two weeks but had my service performed today.From the beginning,I felt valued and respected.I was looking to have my subwoofers replaced in my Jaguar,made an appt.for a consultation.He politely told me he didn't have anything comparable to put in my car.I left,But I thought about it,called back and asked if I got the parts could he install-he said yes.My dealer had quoted me$1,200 for labor alone&the parts would be another $700+.Uh....in my mind that was a hell and a no.So,I did get the parts from the dealer but went to Vaughn's for the install.No matter the questions I asked leading up,He was kind,courteous&answered them.When I went for my install today,He kept me abreast of the progress,He took very good care of my car&the time frame he initially quoted me-he exceeded it.I was not surprised but pleased.I had passed by the shop for years,never having a need to stop but when I did-I was pleased with the service;their reputation proceeded them&came highly recommended.I will definately go back because there is a genuine quality there that is a lost art in customer service these days.Most places you go,it's about a dollar¬ so much the customer experience.I was happy to see that:a general kindness&respect for the customer as a person¬ just a dollar sign.My car was returned to me in the same condition I gave it&I couldn't ask for anything more.To the gentleman that performed my service today:Thank you for your kindness&professionalism.”

“My car was hit 7/27, filed with insurance and had it dropped off at this location on 7/28. It was in the shop for about two weeks and when I picked it up there were still a handful of issues. The GM Chris reached out and personally saw to it that the issues were handled, down to getting me into another rental himself, rather than waiting for insurance. Though I was initially pretty annoyed and discouraged with my experience, I do appreciate that Chris took the time to check out my car himself, acknowledge the issues, and see that they were corrected.”
