Worst parking service ever found. They are stealing money from genuine residents. I am currernt resident of MAA bella casita and had registered on their website. As I moved from Ohio had a recent change in the license plate. They booted my vehicle and charged $150. The intention is to steal money from you and not to provide service.

Thieves and scam artists. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGISTRATION! That is the only way this criminal organization will be shut down. Don't bother trying to contact customer service, it doesn'texist. Any contact info for this company is fake. You cannot get through to amyone These predators drive around at night looking for vehicles to tow. My vehicle was stolen from my parking lot for an expired registration. Yes, it was expired, because I did not have a job until just recently and could barely afford rent. When I confronted my apartment office they claimed I was given a 10 day notice before the tow. They showed me "photo proof" of a large neon green paper on my windshield that was never there. Upon coughing up $300 so I could get to work, I learned that many tow drivers are paid a "hookup" fee for every tow. This company will fraudulently claim to give notice and then tow your car just so the drivers can make a few bucks. It makes sense, since if they were intelligent enough to work a job without screwing people over they wouldn't be tow drivers. Beware of these conmen and buy a dash cam.EDIT: It seems God does exist, as it just so happens that on the date of their alleged "notice" my car was parked right across from my roommates, who's dash cam recorded the little grease monkey photographing the notice and then watching it blow away in the wind right after. Did nothing about it. I found this very interesting. I hope the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration will find it to be so too.

Capital Tow does towing at my complex. I own a reserved spot and have had someone park there for 5 nights in a row. The license plate of the car in my spot is not even listed with my apartment. I called Capital Tow and the dispatch guy I talked to said that Capital Tow has a contract with the apartment to not take tow requests…understandable. But he was also really rude about it and pissed me off even more. It’s ok though. He probably has a horrible wife or life or something. But, They are supposed to tow if the license plate doesn’t match the spot though. They do not. I waited for the tow guy today and he drove in and drove out in 5 seconds. Didn’t even look check spots. I waved the ugly guy driving the truck down but he drove on past. Such a d-word. I love paying for a spot and then not being able to park there. They do not patrol like they are supposed to. I was expecting all the bad ratings to be from people who were towed(at their fault) but it’s people just like me.

I get it no one wants their car towed it’s easy to assume most low ratings are just from that, but in actuality the issue comes from customer service, the treatment of cars, the consistent towing of legal cars, LACK OF REAL PHONE NUMBER, and the malpractice happening here. The owners have several companies operating her technically under different LLC so they can claim they don’t have anything to do with the towing company and are a separate storage-impound facility. That way it’s impossible to contact and report them for malpractice. Do not be fooled they are owned by the same person. The customer service is horrible like actually they seriously just hire rude and aggressive people so you just give up and pay. They have been involved in serval lawsuits and were fined for towing legal cars in the past. Report them, REPORT THEM, R E P O R T T H E M! It’s the only way the texas government will shut them down. The owners need to be investigated.

In September 2023 I treated my son and his GF to a Sunday Rangers/Astros game. On Sat I parked on the 7th floor as instructed and registered my vehicle as instructed - we received an email confirmation. The next morning, we walked to my car and I see it's booted. We ended up late to the game. Came back after the game and I cut the boot off and left it in the parking structure with a personal note. Got a nasty letter about 6 weeks later from a law firm. Received the same four pages again about two weeks later. I sent the law firm a letter and have not heard back from anyone for 8 weeks.I went through all available reviews for Capital Towing and the law firm they used Bourland, Wall, & Wenzel, P.C. Mr. Graigory Fancher was the BAR lawyer who contacted me. Capital Towing has a 1 star rating. Only found one 5 star rating, but all the rest were 1 stars - no 2, 3, or 4 star ratings.A lot of angry folks secondary to predatory towing. Just like me, even if you do as directed they will tow or boot you. The law firm has an anemic 3.7 star rating.Capital Towing seems to typically play these games on Friday and Saturday nights. No one to contact at their office and typically the apartment staff are off. The only way to get your vehicle unbooted is to scan a code and give them your credit card.I was willing to go back to Dallas just to file a small claims case against them if needed.

This company charged me $150 for a boot of a car that was registered in the system and wouldn't dispute it even tho I was hospitalized at the time! Alyssa was very unsympathetic and didn't try to resolve my matter at all also driver saw me and told me I can dispute knowing they NEVER give them even if death is the case

As mentioned in a previous comment, Capital Tow is a predatory towing company. There is no concern, or awareness here for moral justice, or indignation. They booted my rental at my own residence and then booted the car that I own 2 weeks later after picking it up from the shop.

Got a notice for a flat tire. I changed the tire the day before it was time for my deadline. They still towed my car with the donut on.I had pictures and even checked when I went to get it at the lot. My tires had air. They had no response besides "take it to court"
