Staff is rude and difficult to deal with. Get charges to your account without notice over and over. Definately!!! not a friendly experience with the staff and manager of this property about pest and unapproved charges to your account.

Lived here for over a year always had issues with the A/C unit that they never replaced they even told me I would have to pay for it if I didn't keep it on 70 degrees even during extremely hot days recently tho we started moving out and when I came back to grab some things I found my front door unlocked and some things missing including a Nintendo switch the landlord told me the only people that have been inside are the 2 maintenance workers I've already contacted the landlord and I'll update this review when I receive my switch back

I've lived here for a little over a month now. I started conversing with management 2 months prior to moving in. Management since then has always been very helpful and attentive. Super nice and friendly. Amanda in the office is one of a kind. I felt the need to show some true gratitude today. The maintenance is one of a kind as well. Any problems or work orders I have put in have been met with true concern and with swift, quick response. It's the absolute best apartment management and maintenance team I've ever experienced. I feel that it is a safe neighborhood as well. I can see myself living here for a very long time. Thank you all for being here!

We lived in this apartment complex for about 8 months, and the only reason we ended up leaving were due to military orders. The staff was always so incredibly helpful, kind, and quick to address any issues we ever had. This place also has the quickest response time with anything maintenance as well. We were also experiencing issues with a different company not being responsive and sent our packages for our new baby boy to our old address, and even though we have moved out, the community manager has still been patient, quick, and extremely helpful. Most places would just blow you off considering you aren't even a resident anymore. I definitely loved this place and would absolutely 100% recommend it to everyone.

I've been here two years, & have always considered this place "Fort Worth's best kept secret." I always highly recommend it to all friends or anyone looking for a good place to live. The location is wonderful, & although the complex is in between two major highways, & 15 min from Sundance & 7th St, it still gives you that small town feel. I never had an issue with bugs or crime, like other reviewers claim. I've also, fortunately, never had loud neighbors - only the kind that wave hello to you. I love where I live!

Very good apartments to live in! It is very quiet, clean and the manager is always willing to help and takes care of your problems in the shortest time possible. Family and healthy environment. I definitely recommend it. I have lived here for 5 years.

Love living here, the manager and maintenance are great !!! Very responsive to any problems I have had. Zero crime, very quiet property. Great neighbors. Highly recommend living here.

Make sure you take pictures of everything before you move in and dont sign anything. i thought i was safe not signing anything. I told the leasing agent Melissa the apartment was not in 100% shape she said "oh thats fine just dont sign the sheet we are going to remodel everything anyway". At moveout nothing was mentioned they said everything was ok 9 months later they hit me with a 1500 bill for carpet replacement.

Be careful renting here the manager will say she will fix the problems. But they never get fixed. Then when you move out charge you for damages. She also lied and stated I never gave here a 60 day notice. and charged me for an extra month. My credit was also hit they charged my account 2 times for the same thing. They are super shaddy, and there was almost 6 manager changes in the year I lived there it was crazy.

At first didn't want to review this since it is a find. This apartment community has been home for almost 2 years now and I had to put something out there. The place is quaint and small. Not that many units available but the price is excellent for the location. Its right by the Trinity river trails and walking distance from anything you might need. Donut shops, restaurants, family dollar, autozone...they have loft style apartments and two bedroom style apartments as well. The management is very helpful and friendly and the maintenance guy is quick to resolve any issues. Their is always someone hanging out on the porch at any time of day so they know who doesn't belong or who's just visiting, it seems really safe. The cops make a drive thru the lot twice randomly throughout the night, almost every night. I enjoy it and cant really see myself moving out anytime soon.
