Hi! If you’re looking for a car, definitely come here. A big choice of cars, they take care of them, and clean vehicles really good before they sell it. They have cars for all price ranges. All sellers are very nice. Tim Flow helped me this time. He is friendly, nice, knows what he is talking about, nothings extra and straight to the point. I definitely recommend to look for him when you’re thinking about purchasing the car.

Had such a great buying experience. Tim is THE MAN!!! Found the vehicle that I wanted and as soon as I got there it went so smooth! He didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything out of my price range and didn’t pressure trying to add all the extra fancy warranties. Definitely recommend this place and ask for TIM! You won’t be disappointed!!

Took my son's girlfriend to look for her first car- totally no pressure sales, just let me know he was here if I had questions, and I like that! My son bought his first car (grand Cherokee) from here and they made it a great experience for him, which I thought was important since he'll have to buy cars in the future and I didn't want his first experience to be a bad one! They got him financed at a decent rate with his down payment, and he was 18! They also helped steer him away from a sportier car that I didn't want him in as a new driver! Explained everything in detail, told him what was important when buying a car, what to expect in future dealings. A great experience all around. Jeep drives great after almost a year & never any issues. Lots of vehicles to choose from in many price ranges- it's safe to say that whatever your budget, you're likely to find something here to fit it. Great customer service... honest and proved to THIS parent that it's not always about the profit. They care about you and the car you drive off in. Been here before just to look and research and have always had a good experience, even when they knew I wasn't buying that day! Definitely recommend Callahan's if reliable transportation and quality customer service is important to you!!

Helpful, honest, easy process. Carlos was helpful for my son to work with to purchase his first car. Because he has no credit history established yet, it took some time to secure funding and they were patient with him.

I bought a car there today. It was one of best car-buying experiences. Jim and Carlos were great. This is not your typical used car lot. First, they don't sell junk cars. Second, they are not trying to push people into cars they can't afford. Third, they don't tack on all kinds of extra fees to the advertised price. $150 documentation fee is the only added fee, which is expected at any dealership. Fourth, Callahan Motor Company is a Capital One dealer partner. This is a rare thing for a used car lot. Unlike many used car lots, this enables them to offer in-house financing at decent interest rates.After securing financing for a vehicle or having the cash on hand to buy a vehicle, they will let a buyer take it to their own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection.This place doesn't look like much passing by, but it's good people selling good cars.I have no personal affiliation with Callahan Motor Company. I feel very strongly about supporting ethical small businesses that do things the right way. That's my only motivation for posting this review.

I recently purchased a vehicle here. Tim in sales was very helpful and was able to get me into a truck that I’m very pleased with. He was pleasant to work with and I would recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. Forgot to mention he even stayed late to close up the deal. He was patient and I give him and Callahan motor company some bonus points for that in itself.

On the front side it was a great experience. We had a short window of time to get in and look at/purchase the vehicle between work, picking up kids and an hour drive each way. They were attentive, efficient and helpful in our financial situation.However, upon getting the vehicle home and subsequently moving it to another location (it is a gift) the engine blew. Loud banging followed by a locked up engine left us feeling taken advantage of and foolish. For any gear heads think timing chain snapping busting through the block and then swing around violently.However, things happen and we are very aware of that. We did not talk to Callahan right away, and instead opted to reach out to our trusted mechanic to get the situation resolved.Upon making the final payment a month later, we told them about the engine, and the only thing offered was to replace the engine at their cost. There was no attempt to reduce the cost of the vehicle by their engine replacement cost. There was no option of anything other than spending more money.I’ve been in client facing roles for most of my life, and what I know is this: Things happen. It is how a company responds when things go south that makes the difference, not the expectation that nothing bad will ever happen.If you’re wondering why we chose to swap the engine rather than swap the vehicle, it is due to this vehicle being a very specific rare find that just happened to be at Callahan.Be safe out there!
