Buehler has moved me from Seguin to Fort Worth to Greenville to McKinney. They absolutely know how to take care of details! Moving is a hassle and a nerve wracking experience. Buehler takes care of everything seemlessly!! The packers and the movers are the 'boots on the ground' and they represent the company FLAWLESSLY. My most recent move was to a THIRD FLOOR apartment in the middle of Texas summer! The guys handled everything like CHAMPS with ZERO complaints! I HIGHLY recommend Buehler for any moving needs!!

Very unprofessional work environment, and they will try to screw you out of money. The supervisors are all lazy, and they don't care about their employees, and they will try to cover up damages to property they have delivered.

The management sent an inexperienced crew to handle the move. Plus's a short truck. They were contracted for the move, dismantling, And light packing. The crew shows up without tools, and packing materials. They were not told what was required of them. They can only get two thirds of the house hold hoods into the truck. And said back early tomorrow. Next day one guy shows up in a transit size van. Not enough room for all the stuff and we are leaving tomorrow. And no other help came with them. This is not helping my daughter manage this move easily. Already re scheduled the cleaners. ----------------------------------------- My daughter, the home owner, made some call and another truck came with two workers. Plenty of space now and quicker loading with the two extra guys. Things went quickly and on time from then. Ok, things are working out ok and everything was done before cleaning service came. We're back on track for the long drive tomorrow. The guys were great it's Managment that had the issues this time around. With a little prodding management finally provided resources. We'll see what shows up on the other end.

If I could give your guys 10 stars I would. I watched over them for my sister and I had my 2 year old daughter with me both days they helped out. First day was a team of 2 girls and 4 guys by the names of Brittany, i unfortunately didn’t catch the other girls name, Steve, John, Robert and Tracy I believe if i caught their names right. Each of them interacted with my daughter and her walking around didn’t bother them as they packed. Day 2 and John & Tracy (i think is his name) did fantastic! My daughter enjoyed being around them and they did such a good job moving the remaining furniture by themselves from a single story to a two story. They deserve some praise after their fast yet efficient work. 10/10 would hire them again!

DO NOT waste money on this moving company! Todd, who did our quote, seemed very professional and knowledgeable when coming to the house to do our quote. The quote seemed high, but we thought it was worth it to get a “reputable” moving company. I thought you get what you pay for. Apparently, that was inaccurate in this case. After the quote, the communication was horrible. I had to initiate ALL communication. No one ever called, texted or emailed me. I waited over a week for responses to my email to confirm the date. Finally got a response, confirming the date. Texted Todd again two weeks out to again confirm, since the communication was nonexistent. He did text back that the date was confirmed and said that I should have heard from his coordinator, Lori. I told him that I never heard from her. No response (from Todd or Lori). A week later, since I still had not heard, I emailed Todd. He again confirmed the date and time, but still nothing from his coordinator. I called her two days out after getting the number from Todd, and confirmed everything (date AND time) over the phone, and paid for the move over the phone. The day of the move arrives. They are supposed to be at our house at 8am. Everything is packed and ready to go. We have our pets confined, and are waiting. No one arrives. Lori finally calls me (first time she ever has) to tell me she scheduled it for the wrong date. For 3 days later. After the quote said the correct date, and multiple texts, emails and phone calls initiated by me all confirmed the correct date. She scheduled it for 3 days later. After multiple extremely unpleasant phone calls, they agreed to try to get a crew out to us by 11am. THREE hours after they were supposed to arrive. We had multiple vendors coordinated for this move, contractors coming to the house, etc. This was a nightmare. I should have gone with the cheap little local company that my sister used the week before. They were cheap, but they managed to show up on time for HER move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The moving crew themselves were great (although we paid for a crew of 4 and only had 3). They were professional and fast. None of this was their fault – they weren’t scheduled to work by the coordinator, but came in to do the move at the last minute. An item was damaged in transport. No big deal, some of that is to be expected in a move. The crew leader said the office would contact me. They did not. I contacted Lori again and asked her what we needed to do. She sent me a claim form to complete and requested a picture. I sent her the completed claim form and picture that day. No response. The next day, I asked her to confirm receipt and let me know what the next steps would be. She said I needed to send in the claim form. I forwarded her what I had sent her the previous day, and she said “Oh, yeah, my bad, I guess you did send it in.” and that she sent it to a claims adjustor named Mark. Mark then emailed me later that day, sending me a blank claim form and asking me to complete it. I AGAIN sent in the claim form I had submitted the previous day, along with the photo. This is seriously the most disorganized company I can remember ever dealing with. Several weeks later, and no one had contacted me to repair the broken item. Mark sent it to a glass company, they never contacted me. After MANY weeks and emails from me, they finally just sent me a check for the claim.

We paid a lot more with Buehler than for previous moves with other companies. They didn't do what they said, were careless, and had more breakage than anyone we've ever used. We bought the extra insurance which they calculated based on boxes and estimated weight, then when we made a claim, we were told they weren't responsible for anything they didn't pack. What! But you knew we packed almost everything when you accepted our payment. My advice is to stay as far away as possible from Buehler. Response to Customer Service: Your salesman came to the house before the move and saw the boxes. He had no problem encouraging us to acquire the insurance, and definitely included the number and weight of all of our self-packed boxes, etc in the price. In effect, we paid for a lot of useless insurance at Buehler's strong recommendation. The crew itself was quite careless in every way. They even carried a 55" TV by hand in the drizzle. The contract called for Buehler to supply a box for that particular TV, but there was confusion and the crew didn't have one and we were refunded. There were so many instances of mishandling I could list. I just wish we'd stayed with one of the smaller companies we used in the past instead of paying top dollar for so-called "professionals".

I don't even know where to begin. The crew in Ft. Worth were very professional and took great care in packing our items. Unfortunately the person (Darrell) who was in charge of itemizing our items was computer illiterate and did everything manually. When Darrell reached 488 in the item count he decided that he was done logging and he came into our house and let us know what he had done after the fact, thus we did not have a complete list to check off. The driver who delivered our items advised us also that there was no reason to check anything off as there was not a complete list. Our items were to be stored for a few weeks and then loaded onto the truck to be delivered to us. The damage to all of our items happened after it was reloaded onto the new truck. More than 80% of our boxed were crushed and we had many broken or damaged boxed items. Furniture did not fair much better. Beds were missing major parts to head/foot board and are no longer useable. Solid brass handles were bent or completely broken off. A chair that had a solid 1in steel frame was broken. Glass shelving was shattered, dishes shattered, figurines shattered, lamps now lean to one side. Gouges, dings and scratches in the wood furniture. Then to add insult to injury we are missing boxes with very important items inside but since we didn't have a list to check off we cant prove a thing. After 6 months we finally filed a claim and we know that we will get nothing for all the damage and we know we will never receive our missing items. We did end up with someone else's parts of a bed frame (not the whole bedframe) and also someone else's dolly. Wonder what those people thought when they had to go out and buy a new bed frame as they were missing the middle part of theirs. If you care for your items do not use this company!!!!! They don't care at all how they treat your stuff as they have already been paid.
