Roddrick and Brendon were my moving specialist today, though TMM provided these gentleman with the wrong address they adjusted their delivery plan and moved to my storage units. Both gentleman showed true professionalism and selfless service by neatly and completely unloading into the storage units and picking up after themselves. With my 10 years in military service and 5 moves, i would hire these 2 to move my HHG every time. To their leaders, i recommend these two promote of peers, and run their own crews.

Update: Buehler QA reached out to me and had me file a claim. They were able to send someone out to repair my door and weather strip.
I don't normally write reviews, but I'm exceptionally upset with this moving company. I've moved around a lot, and I've never had an issue with any moving company. Let's start off with scheduling the delivery...I was informed via email of my delivery date. I had a feeling about something so I ended up calling them a few days before to find out approximately what time they would arrive. I was then told that they overbooked and wouldn't be coming out when I was scheduled. If I was scheduled, how could I have been overbooked?? Needless to say, it was rescheduled for the following week. They arrived and well the mover’s attitude was less than welcoming. I had a military move from overseas, so everything was wrapped in cardboard. I'm not sure why they decided they needed to unwrap everything outside when they could've done it in the cool house, but I also don't know the procedures. I kept getting told that the company that packed me out overseas didn't do it right and I told them that I didn't pack it so that's not my problem. Nothing came broken or damaged, so I call that a win. I also asked for them to put the couch upstairs, but they were reluctant and didn't think it would fit. I had to suggest that they bring it up vertically but told them if they couldn't we would just do it ourselves. The ended up taking it up. The last thing that broke the camel's back here is that after they had left and a few days passed, I walked into my front door (I had been using the garage door) and I noticed that the frame had been scratched up and a gouge in the frame along with the insulation being torn. Normally movers will put guards on the doorways but clearly that wasn't the case here. Since I gave them the benefit of the doubt which was stupid on my part, I signed the paper saying there was no damage to the property because he acted like there wasn't and I thought he was being honest. There's no way you couldn't have seen that there was no damage on the door frame. I should've just looked at every single inch of the house where they went to verify. Now the door frame may not get fixed because of that. I know for next time! The other thing is that I was supposed to call and schedule for someone to come out to open my crates since the movers couldn't do it. Not sure why they couldn't it's just screws. Anyway, I called the office and they said they would call back. Never received a call so I ended up doing it myself. It looks like I may not be able to get my door fixed by them. Hopefully my company doesn’t continue to use them especially after I’ve expressed my displeasure with them. The company seems chaotic and unprofessional.

We received our belongings yesterday and we had the pleasure of meeting Brendon, Khalil and Woodzell who were there to unload them. All three guys were very helpful and were careful with our things, we were very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a move.

Derravain Campbell was amazing! He was so nice and professional and handled our storage items with utmost care. We had some pretty heavy furniture items and he moved them all on his own! (It took us multiple people to get them in the house originally)

Brendon, Roderick and Ray-Ray showed up on time and worked the whole time both while loading our things from our previous home and unloading at our new home. Smiling and cheerful crew. Both locations weren’t easy for them, up hill load and down hill unloading. I had very large pieces of furniture and everything was handled with care. We were very impressed with this crew. Thanks guys! Good job!
