UPDATE: This location will not have your vehicle, then charge you for it anyway. I went in to pick up a truck Friday (read below) only for it to not be honored which led to the most unhelpful interaction with a manager I've ever had. At the end I asked her to please make sure my reservation was cancelled so that I would not be charged. She assured me that no charges would be made since there was no truck for me to pick up only for me to wake up on Monday to a $150 charge on my card for "failure to honor my reservation". Absolute nightmare of a company, just pick anywhere else. This location is horrible. For the second time in the last few years I rented a truck only to show up and have it be unavailable. Nobody bothered to call or email and let me know. I was only told after I had come in from out of town. There is a U-haul facility a couple miles away that was able to get me a truck and when I told them what had happened they said I was the third person with that same story THAT DAY. Avoid this location, go to U-Haul, you'll save yourself the headache brought on by the gross incompetence at Budget.

This little Budget rental store just inside the Walmart Supercenter was able to get us a cargo van for our out-of-state move when no one else in Texas could. The employees were helpful and kind, even in 95 degree weather. Would happily visit here again.

Bad experience. We were supposed to pick up moving truck to move 800 miles at 4:30 on a Thursday. We received a call at 10:00 that morning to let us know a truck is not available and there is nothing they could do about it.As Jerry Seinfeld said "you know how to reservation, but you don't know how to hold the reservations. Holding the reservation is really the most important part."
