I had the besttttt experience shopping! Mya seriously went ABOVE and BEYOND for me she dressed me head to toe and did AMAZINGGG!!! She was even showing me how to fold my jeans and tuck my shirt! If she’s not a manager she should be!! Her customer service was A1 and she was genuinely the sweetest and made me feel good!!! If you shop here make sure you have Mya help you!!!?

Went into the store today to get a last-minute birthday gift. Jasmine immediately greeted me and helped me find the shirt that I was needing, that I had saw in store months ago. She then brought me to check out, and they didn’t have the size that I needed in store Maya and Jasmine then helped me do a mobile order to a different buckle location, even charge my phone so I could place the order! They were super busy, but still made sure to take care of every single customer perfectly! So make sure to ask for Jasmine and Maia next time you go in!

Madison was amazing in suggesting what type of jean I needed for my body style. She was a visionary and made me feel like the jeans I tried on were a custom fit. Definitely would come to this Buckle and ask for her.

Staff is always cheerful upon entering store, offers any assistance as well.Bought some jeans for my daughter and I wish they had more selection is size 6 little girls. We did find one pair thankfully !I will definitely be back!

Customer service is not like it used to be. You'd have a designated associate helping you find something, and they'd give suggestions if you can't find your size in jeans. This time, I had to look for some help, and she didn't know where the sizes I was looking for. She did help me throughout my time there, just not as attentive. I'll still shop here for jeans, great quality material, the price is worth it.

Love BKE jeans I got here as well as a new pair of Hey Dudes. Buckle is the best store for the best variety of styles and sizes of Hey Dudes and the associates are always extra helpful with whatever you need.

DO NOT SHOP HERE ! I went into the store to shop and return items. Upon checking out, I asked MULTIPLE times if my return was taken off the total of my purchase that day. They said yes. They printed out the receipt and the returns were not on there. I explained at such and asked them to correct . They spent another 10 minutes trying to say that it just wasn’t going to show up on the receipt and then I FINALLY got a manager to correct the issue .I also placed a order to have a shirt shipped to the store that day. Two weeks went by with no notification. I called to check on my order . They couldn’t locate the order at first and then they proceeded to tell me that they charged me as if I picked it up in the store during my original purchase. I have tried to get a refund but that was even bigger hassle. So it’s currently being shipped for free. But I will not be shopping there again
