Buyer Beware!! Brumley does not stand behind their product!! Our business has worked with Brumley Printing for a little over a year on several projects. We are moving locations and needed a full reprint of our stationary. Brumley did not center the logo on our business cards and then wanted to hold us liable. The proof we received did not have a grid to show the position of the logo or any sort of reference points. When we printed the proof for review, it printed on a full sheet of paper and position of the logo looked fine. We had no idea we should ask for a grid to be added to the proof. We are not in the printing business and were relying on Brumley to take care of us. We approved the proof based on the spelling and trusted/assumed that Brumley would center the logo. We also had provided them a sample of our existing business card that had a centered logo. Big mistake to trust them! When the business card came out with a logo that was not centered, the most they would offer us is to pay for half of the reprint. With the cost of the cards and half the cost of a reprint, it was going to cost roughly $800 to print 2000 business cards. My employee spent a considerable amount of time going back and forth with Kirk Brumley (the owner's son) on the issue. An issue that should have been resolved with one phone call and they should have stood behind their product. In the end, we have sent the business cards back to Brumley and will work with a different company. Bottom line - their customer was not happy and they were not willing to make it right. They have lost a customer and earned a bad review over rough $300 (our half of the reprint cost).There are so many other printing companies in the Metroplex - take your business elsewhere!

As a union officer, it was important to me to find a union printer for a job. Brumley isn't one but Nancy, who answered the phone when I called, offered to do some research and call me back. She soon called giving me the union printer's name, phone number and general location. If this is how Brumley's treats a NON-customer, imagine the service you'll receive on the order you place with this company! Thanks for putting the lie to the demise of customer service, Nancy.

Brumley Printing has it down. We send all our direct mail through them and their turnaround is extremely fast. Never been put on hold, never had to leave a voicemail.

I was in the area and need a page printed. I called them and they said I could sent them a PDF and they'll print it and call/e-mail when it's ready. When I got there I was greated nicely and my paper was ready.

Their promotional products division is more than just online ordering...you actually have Brumley's staff manage the orders. It's refreshing to find companies with high integrity.
