We literally walked out on one of their local competitors because they wanted to overcharge and take advantage of us on the same truck that Bruce Lowrie had available. We drove in and were greeted promptly by our salesman at BLC. Jordan was a great, honest, and straight forward salesman. He got us exactly what we asked for, both on our trade offer and our new 2024 Silverado 1500 ZR2. They treated us with dignity and respect even though we were a couple of LMA’s buying a truck right before they closed up for the day. The whole team stayed late to make sure we were properly taken care of.

The attitude of the customer service was terrible. I made an appointment online to find out what was wrong with my car. A certain Herman Martínez helped me, he only told me that in 7 days I will be able to check your car to find out what it has. Right now I am very stuck with my work.

This was tough for me to do with this low rating at 1 star being a loyal customer for now 8 to 9 years with Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet Dealership of Fort Worth. Last year of 2023 was like pulling tooth, and nail to finally get put in a loaner vehicle when I humbly asked them for one pleading my case to them that I needed any vehicle to get from home to work while they were working on my personal truck that had transmission issues that wasn't drivable at all that had an extended warranty on. Fast forward this year of 2024 last month of August, I had to get my same truck serviced at their dealership for transmission issues once again that has extended warranty. This time, they didn't have a loaner vehicle to provide for me after I humbly asked them for one pleading my case with them that I needed a vehicle to get from home to work, and from work to home. I couldn't even use my extended warranty to be put in a discounted rental vehicle until the dealership came up with a proper diagnosis to my truck. So I had to swallow my pride by asking family around to borrow their vehicle. Luckily, I was able to borrow a vehicle from family that was loaned to me! It wasn't fair to family due to me putting wear, and tear on their vehicle to where I had to pay a little over $600 to get mechanical issues repaired to their car at a local shop in the DFW Area Metroplex that I caused. Finally after my truck was at the dealership during the 4th week getting serviced, a proper diagnosis was conducted revealing transmission problems. I had my A/C unit to my truck serviced too during the long length of time it was at their dealership. This has been a very bad experience that I went through. I'm just hoping that things turn around for the better at their dealership in the future for other customers that don't have to go through what I've gone through that was much of a strenuous, grueling, and humbling unfortunate process for me! Imagine how much of a hit I would've hurt financially for 4 weeks knowing of other important bills I would have to pay off if I went that route paying for other necessities for transportation like using Lyft, Uber, or a Taxi going from home to work, and from work to home. Not to mention too if I went the other route with other important bills I would have to pay off while using my money at the same time to pay for a rental service vehicle going outside of my extended warranty to do that would've been very expensive driving in for 4 weeks while waiting for the dealership to perform a proper diagnosis to my truck. If it wasn't for my family pulling through for me to use their vehicle, my career probably would've been put in jeopardy putting my livelihood at limbo. Even adding a little bit more stress to this matter, an empty “Jack in The Box” food bag was left behind inside of my truck once it was time for me to pick up my truck after paying for their service. It took about 4 weeks, and 2 days for my truck to be completed for service.

Fast and efficient service! Advisor was courteous and straight to the point got me in and out. Spoke with the foreman and he was super knowledgeable and worked on my vehicle personally. Cannot recommend this place enough from sales to service 10/10
