Very disappointed with management. They took pictures and had my husband fill a claim report for damage to his front and back wheel. They are giving him the run around . The employee even said they have had issues and other have been affected. Please take responsibility and get back to my husband and take care of the damage your equipment made.

The car was very dirty after the wash and there was still soap on the car after the wash.

Operating hours never match what was offered the previous week. Hours vary ESPECIALLY on Sundays and the closing time during the weekdays. This place use to offer interior spray and window spray with the free vacuum with a carwash, but not anymore. The $30 unlimited monthly pass is a good price but the unknown hours of operation are enough to make me look elsewhere for service

If I could give a negative I would.
First time coming, my truck was covered in dirt. Because I work in the country. I get there. I'm in line. I don't even get greeted. The kid just starts pressing on the computer then looks at me an my truck and says you can't come here. You need to go get that washed off before you come to this car wash. Definitely confused because first. I come to a car wash to get my truck cleaned. And then I'm told I need to go to a different car wash. Get it cleaned before I come and get it cleaned there. Not sure how any of this makes sense.
I also spoke to the the manager Chris who definitely seemed to have an attitude with me from the beginning when asking to talk the the boss. Couldn't even get ahold of Eric if that's even the guy I'm supposed to be talking to. Honestly If people with trucks or any sort of dirt on your vehicles come here, I recommend going somewhere else because they are going to tell you to go to a different car wash. Get your truck clean before you come to their car wash. And definitely not respectful
