i come in here weekly, sometimes more, to just drop off packages that are ready to go. i just put them where they go, they’re used to me by now but they are always so friendly, the store is super clean & organized and it smells so good in there!! i never really buy anything just drop my packages off but they are still nice. i have looked at the greeting cards they have & they are really funny & cute. one day i will get some. oh! & they had real neat gifts at Christmas. but i love this place. it’s always a good atmosphere. and…. i feel like my packages go out faster here than other places.

One of the most helpful and informative shipping experiences I've ever had. We had a very personal sentimental item we needed shipped. It was definitely a tricky situation to deal with but they were so nice in protecting our items so they arrived safely. A little more expensive than we thought but with the custom box and packaging we were happy to pay. No one else could help us with this and they were happy to help figure it out. I had to ship multiple sized posters in varying quantities, to multiple locations. I showed up thinking I would need to divide up all the posters by location. But no, they did it all for a FRACTION of the cost I thought it would be. And we have used them many times in the past to send care packages, computers, etc. to our kids. They have always been very friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend them!

5 stars for the super pleasant staff that maintained a positive attitude even though they were wildly understaffed and had to attempt to use FedEx's failing programs/software. 1 star for FedEx. System password had expired and employee was unable to get into the system to help me. She said this happens all the time. Wouldn't be as frustrated if this wasn't the second FedEx location I visited today that was unable to help. FedEx is garbage and I dread using it as a shipping service. It has literally never been convenient and painless.

Had to find a place where I could get a closing document off while traveling on a super cold iced over day in Fort Worth and got it all done for me. I need a good quality printing for 26 pages (because the hotel I was staying at had low ink and the print was bad there that I brought), then I needed to get 6 notarized signatures (with blue ink), and then all mailed off in a fedex pre-paid envelope. This was a sale of a rental property and the closing documents were dated a day or so earlier than I had planned. So, taking care of this with an already busy day and many of the typical places in town closed due to weather made it difficult. I would have had to go from each place anyways because not every fedex has a notrary. This place is spacious and organized. The manager at the desk was super nice to all the customers that rolled in from the snowy day. So glad I used yelp and got a great local business that came in clutch for me!
