It's unfortunate that a few bad apples (shoplifters) have caused me to feel creeped out by the employees that are required to shadow people just browsing the boot section

Store is great I shop here a lot how ever I bought a week and a half ago a pair of hawx work boots WORST BOOT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE they leak water in just under a inch of water they are not comfortable after the first 6 days they seem to break down fast iv been wearing work boots my whole like and iv gotten less then 2 weeks out of them I wouldn't recommend them to any one they are trash for $200 you think they would be a good boot WRONG

Normally you can always find something in this store but the restrooms are horrific don't understand how people work there and those restrooms look so filthy and nasty

Unfortunately this store has completely going down hill. Staff is totally not helping - no customer service at all. Bathroom were disgusting - haven't been cleaned in days and selection is very limited. Won't be shopping here again. So many better western stores I can spend my money. Total disappointment.

Second time in a month I’ve come to this Boot Barn and second time in a month I’ve been disappointed. First time came on a Saturday morning around 11am to get boots for my kid and the entire kids boot section was scattered on the shelves and all over the floor. A sales associate came over and said they were doing inventory. Inventory!? On a Saturday during what I would guess would be their busiest shopping time. Left very disappointed.
Came back today at 11:30am to buy a belt and to my surprise every single belt was turned backwards on the rack. You couldn’t see a single design without twisting each individual belt and then half the time in the process of twisting the belt to look at the design the belt would fall on the floor. A sales associate came by and asked if we needed assistance and when I showed her the belt problem she said they were doing inventory. She then turned eight belts around and walked away leaving the rest still facing backwards. What was so important that pulled her away leaving the job half done? Complaining to a male co-worker about her schedule. Once again, left very disappointed and this time will not be returning.
Instead of wasting your time to go to a store that looks as if it was just looted, save your frustrations and go to NRS where the staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and orderly, and they never do inventory in the middle of the day.

agree with all the bad reviews. I usually get a hello when I walk in but that's it. not friendly at all. I've started walking in and then walking out without purchasing anything. if sales are down it's because your employees are unpleasant and sit around the POS talking

Despite some of the negative reviews here, I was pleasantly surprised with an excellent experience at Boot Barn. I came in looking for boots, but not knowing exactly what I wanted.Lahna was very attentive in helping me find a style and size that worked for me. She also helped me pick out jeans that I was happy with. The employees working the cash registers at checkout were also very friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I'd recommend Boot Barn and will be back in the future.
