Terrible customer service. The man there was very rude and inattentive. He also lied to me about how much a new phone would cost. I went to the boost store down the street by Little Caesars and they gave me the correct price. Don't waste your time with the clowns at this location.

Bought a Celero 5 and it never worked properly. Went in three times, tried factory resets, and the phone function would stop working after a few days. They would not give many any credit towards a new phone but said I had to buy a new phone if I wanted one that worked.
