I already have a Boost Mobile phone and service, but it is getting old and sometimes refuses to turn on after being off for a while. So time to replace/upgrade. Boost Mobile sent me emails advertising a great deal on a new 5g phone. Who could pass up 30 bucks for a new 5g phone? But when I inquired about taking them up on this great deal, the person at this store told me that I would have to pay another $55 on top of the phone's price to "activate" it. This is not as much a criticism of this particular store as it is of Boost Mobile's false advertising.

Alejandra, Grate costumer service. I was looking for a phone but she didn't have in the store what I was looking for. She did say, she will get it for me. WEEK LATER CAME BACK AND SHE GOT ME MY PHONE. THANK YOU! RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. ASK FOR Alejandra if she's not there. Will come back to her if I need me a new phone
