The guy at this location on Sunday 04/7/2024 is rude and brazen. He needs retraining in public relations and how to handle diverse phone calls. He will speak over you and get loud, due to incompetence in his understanding of vocabulary that is too enriched for his understanding of words that mean the same thing.
