The gentleman that assisted me today was very helpful. He did not have the phone I was looking for but one of his other stories did. Due to the inconvenience of me driving out further to pick up that specific phone he threw in a free cell phone case which I thought was very nice of him.

The prices are good because the phones they have are trash went in to get a new phone they gave me a decent deal on it but a month later the phone just crashed so I took it in to see if they would help and just said we can not to anything because to help me because warranty expired and I would have ro get a new phone again so I went to T mobile better service better phones better deals thank you boost associates for not helping I am way happier with my new service

My phone was not able to get network from Friday night I visited this store on Saturday and the person Juned who was working at store he took his time and call customer care and tried to fix that issue and he told me that I will be able to get network after 1 hr and I really got my network back. He is very humble and he gave very good customer service. I appreciated his help.?
