Delivered junk -$1700.00 of junk -awful looking waded up arms on couches - big ripples in the backs made in Vietnam - didn’t refund total amount ! So far I think I’ve. Lost$150 from what I was told today - changes each time I call. What a scam ! Wont go back! Very hard to get anyone to say I’ll get any money back at all at this point. One manager lied and said they’d overnight a check. Another said 10-14 days - what?! Horrible service Temple and Oklahoma stores have been absolutely no help!

Bought powered recliners there and after a couple of weeks they stopped working. Their warranty service is a joke, it has been 6 months since we reported the damaged, today they arrived and fixed one USB port, when the other two couches motors don’t work. They told us that is the only thing they came to fix. After 6 months.Their furniture is trash and their service is trash. Don’t buy there save yourself the headaches.

I purchased the furniture protection warranty and can't get service. I've contacted them for a month now and keep getting told someone will call me back to schedule. I would not suggest this warranty because service may not be rendered. The agents that answers the phones are so nonchalant and puts off that they can care less.

Mother bought a lift chair with warranty for my disabled aunt in August of 2021 from the Lubbock, TX store. The chair broke last week and they say they cannot fix it until June 28th. They do not stand behind their warranty in a timely manner. My aunt cannot get out of her chair without the lift and they refuse to make any appointments for 3 weeks. Don't buy anything from them that you must have!

Called 10 times over 30 minute period to ask for info on product that they show online. No answer no voice-mail . Bad service!

Dishonest sales team in Oklahoma. Tricked me into purchasing two Smartbuy Protection plans, without disclosing the credit automatically kicking in after exact 48 months regardless my claim over the credit. Meanwhile, deliberately mislead my family to believe we would receive a refund back if we applied a credit card from Wells Fargo, when we don't make a claim under the Smartbuy Protection plan.
