Bret and the entire team at Blu Glo Home Media Systems have exceeded every expectation as we've worked through multiple upgrades to the audio-visual systems in our home. Bret, as the Solutions Architect, listened intently to our desired outcomes and budget constraints, creating comprehensive solutions that exceeded our desired outcomes yet still stayed within budget, many times with possibilities we didn't know existed. He's not the typical A/V specialist trying to go to the highest of the high-end if it isn't needed and numerous times discussed more moderate approaches to keep costs down while still delivering a spectacular outcome. So far, he and his team have completely overhauled our inherited media room, leaving in place front and rear channel in-wall speakers as they were more than adequate and would reduce overall costs, while replacing the decade old projector with an ultra-quiet and low-maintenance laser projector and then worked with us to recess the sub-woofer and A/V equipment in-wall as we had requested as clean an install as possible with the smallest footprint possible in the room. Additionally, he and his team installed in-ceiling speakers across five rooms of the house, one of which being the main living area with a 5.1 surround sound configuration, again with an in-ceiling sub-woofer to mirror the approach in the media room, all controlled via app and modular so each room could be controlled independently of one another. In-ceiling installs of any sort are very involved when trying to work around existing canned lights, ceiling joists, etc., while still trying to have symmetry in the placement and look. Josh and James, our two spectacular installers, were methodical, meticulous and exceedingly customer-centric taking great care to get the install exactly as we wanted. They took the time to talk with us throughout, make subtle adjustments when needed and were just very respectful of us and our property while being very conscientious about their work. We have several additional projects on the docket for the outdoor living and look forward to continuing to work with Bret and his team. Five-star experience across the board!

The team does a fantastic job! When we moved into our home there were several AV challenges in the infrastructure. They developed a great plan and delivered on the execution. They are always available for "tweeks" to the system as necessary. Several times I have asked about the "need to upgrade" which would result in more $$$$$ and they to date have said that what I have is just fine. They always present options and don't push the most expensive. Highly recommend the team!

Brett and his team are simply fantastic. Today - Brett had Josh and James head over from Fort Worth, to replace a few speakers that he installed 3-4 years ago. Brett is always super communicative and quick to respond. Just like that... we called and asked about it and the team was onsite the very next day, using the warranty (we had actually forgot about!). Josh and James are so helpful and friendly onsite. Quick to install, detail oriented and cleaned up the dust before they left. Thanks a bunch Blu Glo! You have earned our loyalty for many years to come. Great job!

Smartest organization of their kind: they helped us create a fully automated home—lighting, home theater, Ring alarm and cameras, and, get this—all my pool and spa equipment and electric shades—connected together in one app. I was mostly worried about how to design and budget but Bret helped us size and choose our tech options to arrive at the right capability and budget mid-point.Super happy!!

Blu Glo has taken care of our AV needs for 10 years. They did an amazing job tying into the original components in our existing home and improving the systems overall. They are always quick to respond to text/phone and quick to get us on the schedule if we have an issue. They have been with us through a couple of system upgrades, as well as wifi upgrade. They installed an entire new system at our 2nd home, a lake house - from sonos, wifi and outdoor tv + sound system. Brett and Kevin and their staff are always up to date with current knowledge of the AV world and always have advice on when to make changes to avoid bottlenecks with the service providers. Kevin and Brett can break down things to a non-expert level, but are always willing to share as much detail about the technology as one wants. I would highly recommend Blu Glo for any AV needs. If I could give more than 5 stars, they deserve it!

I have worked with Blu Glo on several projects now both at my home and work. They are great to work with and very responsive to our needs and keeping us informed. I also appreciate there have never been any surprise charges or unnecessary upscales on things and if we've had an issue or concern they've been quick to address it.
