I had THE BEST experience with Ciara! I had really no idea what I was looking for, but Ciara was able to get in my mind + pull pieces that I loved, or I could immediately be like no thank and we crossed it off the list. The space is beautiful, the music was calming, and from start to finish I felt so taken care of and special!

Was very rude to a bunch of small businesses over parking spots and made many people very uncomfortable. Hopefully the owner is kinder to those buying wedding dresses. Seems like a very selfish and unkind.

I was so excited for my bridal shopping experience, but Bliss Bridal went above and beyond what I could have imagined. Our private suite was perfect for our fun girls’ day! They paid attention to the special touches for our party and included little extras that made me feel truly special.
Georgia was my stylist and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was patient, attentive and truly listened to my feelings and what I had to say. She helped me feel confident in myself and my decisions as well as made sure I felt beautiful & like a bride. She was also super sweet to my crazy family and became best friends with my daughter. I’ve never seen my daughter warm up to someone so quickly!
I hesitated buying my dress the first time I was in the shop because it was the first place I’d been to, but with the help of the wonderful staff and Georgia (even after hours!), I was able to get a second appointment quickly and I knew it was the one as soon as I put it on.
Georgia never rushed me or pushed me to make a decision. She truly wanted to make sure I picked the perfect dress for me so I felt my absolute best for my big day! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bliss Bridal, the staff who helped in the planning stages, all who helped make it perfect & especially Georgia! It was the best experience and I found a more beautiful dress than I ever could have imagined. Everyone should shop Bliss Bridal for their big day! You won’t regret it! ?

I am the sister of the bride and was a guest at her appointment today. Our group of six was welcomed at the door, quickly introduced to the stylist, and escorted to our space. There was plenty of comfortable seating for our group. We booked the large group appointment that included a cake tasting box, and one bottle of champagne. The stylist went over the flow of the appointment, listened to the wishes of the bride then went to pull dresses. While she was pulling, we began our cake tasting, and did toasts to the bride. It was lovely. The bride tried on several styles, to narrow it down to “the one”. Then was styled with veil and accessory options. In the end, she said “yes to the dress”, veil, and accessories, all while respecting the budget We had an excellent experience and will 100% return when my daughters are dress shopping. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

We booked a bridal “price charming” appointment to try on some dresses off the rack, and they told us our budget was perfect for that type of appointment. Well, we arrived a few minutes early and were taken to the waiting room then transitioned to our room. She gave us a huge speech about how our budget was way too little for anything they had to offer but they might have a few things. We expected this so had no problem with this, she asked my size and then went to grab dresses. We waited a really long time (25-30min) until she finally brought out 4/5 dresses, and I liked a couple but the majority of them were over budget and not my style but I still wanted to try them. Turns out she guessed wrong on the size and I couldn’t try any except for one and it was $500 over budget. The sleeves were a bit baggy so I asked if she could clip them a little tighter to get the full effect and she said that was not something they do, that their dresses don’t get altered there, and that if she did it was so wrong. This was something that multiple other salons did so I was taken aback, she then clipped the sleeves so tight that it hurt and was really uncomfortable and said “See this is why you’re wrong if we did that you wouldn’t be able to move” I was just a bit surprised and didn’t say anything. She went to go find more dresses and she brought back 2/3 more dresses, one of them just wasn’t the shape we were going for so we said no, the next we liked but was $600 over budget but I wanted to try anyways and the third was over double the budget and was meh so I said no. She asked me again about the last dress and I said “I don’t really like it and it’s way over budget, so I don’t really want to try on a dress that I don’t like or can’t afford” I thought this was a normal sentiment but her entire demeanor changed. She quickly got me changed into the 2nd dress of the morning. When I stated I liked the first dress I tried better, she got annoyed and rushed me to the fitting room, ripped the second dress off of me, and told me to get dressed. Once I was dressed, we waited to see what the next step was and to myself and my guests' surprise, she started giving us the speech again while walking to the front door and holding it open. She then very quickly told us we needed to leave and maybe we would have luck at other stores in more words. We all had our jaws dropped, and we quickly and quietly gathered our belongings and left. The appointment was scheduled to be 1.5-2hrs and with us getting there 15 min early, I was pushed to go out the door, 33 minutes into the scheduled appointment time… it was a very uncomfortable experience and quite disappointing… it felt demoralizing.
Not to mention, I am considered plus size, don't know if that is pertinent. I have attached images of the overly tight sleeves and the attendant since we didn't catch her name.

I had such a sweet time with these ladies, choosing the perfect gown for me. Ciara was patient, funny, and you could tell she knew about gowns. We talked about what I felt pretty in, how I want to feel on my day, and a comfortable price for me. I was referred to them for my “yes to the dress” moment and I recommend them for other soon to be brides. They really care.

Bliss was AMAZING! The staff was so awesome to work with and was there for any and all questions! They even integrated something special (no other bridal shop has done that for us)! I’m so happy to have found my dress here! I would recommend Bliss for everyone!
