Omar and his crew took great care of my car after an accident. He is very fair and easy to work with. My car looks as if it never had damage. Where do I start with Big O Body. I went there to get a system installed in my truck. Omar is the one that worked on my truck. He promised me that he would have it done by Saturday. To keep that promise he worked on my truck far after his shop was closed until after 9pm on a Saturday. He even went above and beyond by replacing a piece of equipment that was damaged. He bought special gear so the sound wold be perfect! I cant recommend Big O Body enough. Good people and good service. It's a win win. If you decide to use this shop you will not be disappointed! Just got my 2017 Rouge back from Big O Body Shop and I was really impressed. Omar and his crew did an awesome job! The paint was a dead-on match and the turnaround time was super fast. Awesome body work. I brought my old 2003 Honda Accord twice to this location and both times the quality of the work was great. Omar explained the whole process and frequently kept me updated on the status of the car. I hope I have no more auto body damage, but when it does happen, I will bring my cars here.
