My second order was placed today. When I was new to the hobby I used other vender. Never again. As long as Big Cheese is open I will buy from them. Plus they are local as I live 25 miles from them.Thier rats are top notch. Always vacuum sealed and lots of dry ice to stay frozen.You can't go wrong with them. They are the BEST IN THE BUISINESS.My girl is happy.

I’ve been buying from Big Cheese for years. Their consistent quality can’t be beat. I’ve ordered from other well-known feeder websites because they had a sale here and there. Never again. I have to admit the other sites’ quality of feeders always fell flat. I’ve not found anyone comparable to these guys in terms of their quality. They have clean, well-fed feeders. Every time.

If you’re looking for the best feeders, this is it.Hands down the cleanest and healthiest rodents from any vendor I have used. Packaging is top notch with more than enough dry ice to last for days. I’m so glad I made the switch to Big Cheese from another major competitor

I have been buying frozen rodents from Big Cheese Rodent Factory for several years now. I tried several other competitors, but the rodents from Big Cheese Rodent Factory are always well packaged and have a minimum of feces and other ick on them. It sounds disgusting but it's fairly common to get frozen rodents that are either rotten (you can tell by the smell) or covered in dirt or poo from other sellers. Big Cheese Rodent Factory rats are clean! They are well packaged and vacuum sealed, for long keeping in the freezer, and are mailed with plenty of dry ice and insulation so they will get to you rock hard frozen even in the heat of summer. My five ball pythons are my babies, and I wouldn't risk their health on any other feeders.

I have been using big cheese for my rodents for about 2 years now and I haven't had a single problem. Also don't know if it matters but I always get around 40 pounds of rats per order. I've never had them arive thawed out:)

We ordered for the first time from you guys and we are beyond satisfied. We will never buy from a petstore again you will be our go to for any food we need for our reptiles. Packaging was perfect everything frozen solid. All rodents look healthy and well fed. Over all you guys are just phenomenal!! Highly recommend

Amazing product packed very well, shipped quickly and at a great price!It’s 106 degrees F in Tucson, the packaged sat a couple hours outside. I opened it and it’s -109 degrees F in there with frozen mice next to bricks of dry ice.Oh: gave the ice to the neighbors with kids because it’s cool!-definitely will buy again!

I ordered 10 large feeder rats and to my surprise I received 100 large pinky mice. I called and left a voice mail the same day after hours sadly and have waited two weeks now for a return phone call.

I was very excited to see an actual shop where I can buy rodents in bulk. I live 40 minutes away and decided to make the trip out. Come to find out you cannot buy from the actual shop, you still have to call and preorder.I don’t see anywhere on the website where it says that. Upset at the waste of time.
