These people are charging other people's cards and storing their payment info on file without permission and the persons card they charged is filling charges. Be very careful how you choose to pay them. They will charge any card you ever used! They can't be trusted with card info.

I used Lancaster Rd location in FortWorth to purchase washer and dryer a couple years ago. Paid items off recently decided to purchase a refrigerator with same location. I purchased online and then called store. For two days the lady at this location said she would call me back and never did. Asked for a refund. Got email saying it had been processed. It has now been since the 26th and still no refund. I emailed again with no response. These people do not now how to communicate. Stay far away!!!

Only reason I gave 4stars because I ran into a problem with my dryer when they delivered them not having a longer dryer cord I had to replace it myself which I think they should have done that otherwise customer service was great and the delivery was on time

This place sucks. I have been waiting for a month for furniture. I no longer want it. They don't care about customer satisfaction. They want money but don't want to provide service. I'm about ready to tell you to come and pick it all up! VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I paid for furniture online they never even started processing my application I kept calling to see if they they started the application I had the employment references and finances to pay for the cheap selected after a week I asked for a refund after being approved by another company they stated it be a week then a week later another associate called to see if I would make a payment I advised her I never received they were unorganized the furniture was actually awaiting a refund, I then asked her how long it takes she stated about 30 days due to their bank witch is crazy this was February 7 th ish I still have not received my refund I’m pissed and need my money back!!!When I went ask for a refund I wanted a printout they stated for record purposes they couldn’t give me the paper copy but the text me thisI have NOT got my money yet and is highly pissedThank you for your transaction with BESTWAY on 2/8/2024. Thos the worst place to rent anything I paid them for a washer and dryer wTwice because they never brought it the first week we paid for it so I had to make a second payment and it was finally delivered. I gave it back because they would want a payment before the week of a payment came and there still wanting. A payment that has been a worst experience I have ever had

If you actually want furniture and get it delivered GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! They will give you the runaround about when your furniture will be delivered. I ended up canceling the order because of the games and they haven’t refunded the money that was put on the order. PLEASE DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE, ITS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!!!

If I could give them less than a one I would I receive furniture from them supposedly they got it from a different store I'm not sure however the next day after getting furniture I found out that the furniture was covered in bed bugs this is day 8 that I've had this furniture in my house and I have contacted them everyday and they're not willing to do anything they don't give a damn personally

I went to put in application and changed my mind so I was heading out the door the guy then came to me and said he needed my paper application cause I couldn’t take it , I told him no cause it had all my personal information on it , he then said he would shred it , I watch him go and put it in a box instead of shredding my personal information.

I’m glad I waited to give my review . So Ive had it I been cool and calm but I am livid with the lack of communication is beyond me . I was suppose to have delivery today called 3 times to verify that was happening I had to call back because the manger Lawrence wasn’t there so I call back fine , look up they closed and no call no delivery swap out or nothing . Yeah I’ll be speaking to corporate Monday morning I guess people got all day to wait
