I would usually buy my TV. From Sam's Club actually by the time I sign up for Geek Squad and the knowledge of the sales associates is excellent. They always stare me in the right direction. Love my Best. Buy card a lot of Benefits come with the card, When use at Best. Buy or out for dinner, and it's nice that they will come and install.
And deliver. And actually with promotions the TVS delivery install was less money than I paid in the past at Sam's Club. Thank you Best Buy

The whole reason to go to Best Buy is so you can ask questions. I needed some help choosing a product, but the person by the door didn't ask if I needed any help. He also made fun of me at one point. I would avoid going to Best Buy and just buy online; there really is no point to go in anymore.

Helpful floor staff. Had gone in for washer and dryer, tv, refrigerator, speakers, microwave and coffee maker. Friendly service and knowledgeable and will price match. However, today was the delivery date and we got a text message mid morning to state they were cancelling our delivery due to items not in stock. We went into the store and specifically purchased items that were in stock by our delivery date (ordered about 2 weeks prior to delivery date). Delivery was scheduled for today between 7am to pm, even got the reminder text the night before. Text mid morning to let us know the delivery was CANCELLED due to the washer and dryer not in stock now. We spent over $4500 on this order, and ended up cancelling the entire order because of the bad communication and cancelling the day of delivery. We took off work to be home. Will never shop here again.

Manager or assistant manager whoever was at the door was very rude.
There was a machine which had an exceedingly loud warning sound each time the machine was turned on. I worked for nearly 16 years at the airport. This machine was louder than getting outside by the equipment where you were required to wear ear projection!
I told the manager they should require these people to work after the place was shut down or provide earplugs for each person coming through the door.
His answer was 1-800 call corporate!!!
His reasoning was that they were a third person contractor doing maintenance on the lights. Therefore, the comfort and safety of the employees and customers
Was not his problem.
The young ladies working the different sections of the store were very polite kind and Young.
They all assume that they had to take that abuse because the manager said so.
I will be contacting OSHA.
The two stars were because the store was clean and products were available.
Also employees (but not management) we're kind and trying their best.

Staff was great to find us a tv that was similar to one sold out. Also mentioned would probably be on sale within 60 days and come back for price match. We had the extra membership to allow that. And within 3 days, it went $600 off. Salesman recommend a sound bar and it was perfect.

Needed Amazon fire stick and new tv. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Got Samsung tv and fire stick. Scheduled delivery. Waiting for delivery now. Will update if needed but I don't expect any issues.

I pay $200 a year for their so-called maintenance program, which is always some issue. They have stated I don't have it, They have put it on my wife's account. Today, I go and just need to find out why my laptop is not taking charge. This is a 5 minute check on whether my battery is shot or the charger no longer works. So I have to set an appointment to come back tomorrow at 1445. It would be nice to have a competitor where we are not stuck with Geek Squad as the only place to work on our computers. I would likely bet that when it's all done, they will try to sell me a new charger or computer over repairing this one

I called Best Buy to get information on a washer and dryer set. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get much assistance over the phone. I was greeted by a young woman named Alicia. She answered the phone with an intent to help and I immediately felt at ease with making such a huge purchase. She was very professional and friendly. I ended up purchasing a washer and dryer set and applied for Best Buy credit. I truly appreciate Alicia and her commitment to helping me. Thanks Alicia G.
