Had to go in a couple of times. Purchased an open-box monitor but when I got it home it was smashed so returned it they were helpful and bought a new one unopened.

Stood for almost 20 minutes in computers without even being acknowledged I existed, had 1 associate nearly bump into me to get to a cabinet with no excuse me or even have you been helped (it wasn't until he overheard me grumbling to my wife about the poor service that he said anything), had 2 associates helping 1 customer and when another couple started looking at computers THEY got helped within 2 minutes. And when someone DID finally assist us, it was more like we were cutting into his time than actual help. We bought a laptop and an all in one desktop with Progressive Leasing, but they didn't have the all in one, so they sent us to another store, which didn't actually HAVE the one we bought so we had to pick a different one, the one we originally wanted at the first store and got switched from. All in all a pretty bad experience.

Took hours and they couldn't figure out why they couldn't charge my cars. So they had me make a payment and come back in 3 days. I did and still the same thing. It was because of the mail. So they stopped charges. And they weren't calling the bank like I kept saying to. When they did it took 2 min to fix. 2 days and hrs each day I can't get back.

Waited ten minutes in line to purchase one Ethernet cord. Gave up waiting and decided to go to Walmart instead. They seem to have at least five associates working the floor but only one register and we got stuck waiting behind the same line as someone returning something.That said, the associate helping me find the Ethernet cord was very nice and friendly.

This is the absolute last time I will even try Best buy for anything. Tried to get my son's car stereo installed, not only was the appointment a week and a half out when we called back to confirm you can't even get an employee from the actual store for the appointment was set on the phone. Everything's being routed through India or some call center where they hardly speak clear English. Don't care if English is your second language however The people calling you should be able to understand you. Why do I have to go through a call center in a different country in order to get a hold of a local store? Best buy wants to outsource their call center I'm going to outsource my money and take it elsewhere. Look forward to you closing your doors like Toys r Us.

The worst customer Service ever , I went to purchase a outdoor cam (EUFY) and I saw one for $79.99 wen I ask the sales man to get me two cam he said they can't give to me because there were in another place and besides the price in the display wasn't for the cam ,I told him the it's called false advertisement because the cam and the price where attach to a display together is not like someone just put a price , I requested to speak with the manger Named Angel and he said that's a third party person the puts the price on the merchandise on Best Buy the he didn't have control over that , I decided to call customer service and they said they can't help either ..It's sad that they lie to the customer with false advertisement on products .. Worst company and customer service I rather buy from serious company .. This company is a joke .. doesn't deserve no stars
